also what kind of tests should be done to check all hormones are balanced and what other tests should i get done for normal check up like vitamins , mineral etc ???

its like a glass full of water if you keep pouring water in the cup it overflows. if you take more testosterone than your body actually needs it converts into estrogen. im only mentioning this because in your earlier post you said you had man boobs and thought it could be a hornmone thing.

you can just go to your doctor and ask for blood work because you want to see hormone levels like testosterone, estrogen, insulin, and so on. they will take a test and in a few days you will know whats up.

Have you ever been pumping iron for like 30min, and you feel like you get an adrenaline jolt?
If you continue training hard past this point your body runs out of test, and starts to feed on your muscles. Then you end up all sore the next day with no test to help you grow.

Its a similar parallel with PE that's why you have to fine tune the number of jelqs etc. So you find a "sweet spot" in your session when you should stop, and let it heal till the next training day.

i have a feeling trhat when i have lost my body fat and still my man boobs dont go then it is surely a hormonal problem....but if they are slowly going with exercise then its normal ..also chest and love handles are last places where the body fat will go from.....

That's true it's most likely not a hormone problem, everybody stores fat differently

Most men do not have this issue but the ones that do, some think it interferes with size gains, I do not completely believe this because there is not enough information to make that assumption. You can go see your doctor and have you T-levels checked under most insurance policies.
 
I think if you had low test then you would be: tired all the time,sleep all day,no sexual appetite,poor mental acuity,small pee pee, small testes,bich tits.
Either that or your just getting old, and have to accept that you need to take measures to naturally raise what test you can have. Have a good diet,and do exercise.

A hormonal problem is a serious sickness bro its the reason men have micropenis. You probably just need to take care of your body a little and watch the test kick-back to normal.
 
Yes hormone problem is unlikely, but if diet and sleep are in check and you're still worried you can get bloodwork
 
I am talking not so much about a child in puberty, more of a grown man who T levels deplete.

1.EAT more saturated fats(EGGS and butter/coconut being the preferred "relatively" cheap good sources)
2.Start exercising for 45 min 3-5 times a week WITH FURIOSITY do the exercises as though you d be dying ... heavy weight WITH NICE FORM
[OR easy weight with EXPLOSIVENESS]
3. avoid xenoestrogens (water from plasticbottles, etc.)
4. start sleeping on the floor and get used to it(deeper sleep)
5.dont masturbate(as said before)
6.wake up at 5-6 am in the summer
7.Supplement with ZMA
8.avoid ALCOHOL and SUGAR (sugar reduces T-levels as shown in studies; google it bro)^^

that shall be enough now could give you more if you want but thats what is more than enough to get your test levels grinding and rising
 
guys can masturbating incorrectly during puberty also stop your dick from growing during that period ???
i useto rub my glans to masturbate....didnt get a boner but i did it during flaccid only.........i usedto to this over my underwear only.....

All really good tips for increasing T naturally, instead of sleeping on the floor though I would just say sleep with a sheet instead of blanket so your nuts stay cool that helps T production while you sleep. Also sugar is ok from fruits. Guys it does work, last time I had bloodwork I had abnormally high testosterone and dhea. Just trying to take care of yourself and working out a lot makes a huge difference

Nah i really doubt that...i even heard that if you masturbate during puberty you're penis might getting bigger,because you keep stratching it..ofc you have to masturbate very aggresive and hard to do that...who knows.
