and I do like ur perspective, non-judgement is def the way to go. I find when I get frustrated and patience is out the window, I get a bit crass. Peace my man, and I really hope you achieve your goals
I have become more calm in myself after starting with penis enlargment. It's like meditation for me, and my stress has reduced big time.

Before I discovered PE I needed to get to the gym to reduce my stress levels, I could never just sit at home and do that...and so on. And it sometimes became a stress to get to the gym.

Now with PE I can just stretch my penis and be calm.
 
hmm, ok @DLD , noted. I think imma start doing 6 days on 1 off and see how it goes. I'm hoping persistence will allow growth even though I had trouble in the past. I guess keeping a schedule and not changing course midway might suffice. I'm curious, what are some signs to look for to know if you are hitting the pump too hard for too long?

What are your goals?
Why not taking no days of? Easier to be consistent and not miss your program. Then you are forced to work in the PE in your life, and not just do it "when you have time".

It sounds like you are pumping, increasing girth? You feel in your penis, if you pump for to long. 5 minutes inside the pump is a good guidline.

I suppose you are doing this program: Girth Program: 5x5x3? And working on girth?
I don't know what level you are at (your experience level).
But the recommendations is to separatete girthwork and lengthwork. You can work on length as well in a pump, but I think you will get faster length gains with manual stretches (bundle stretches are superior). They also say that the LENGTHMASTER 3 is the master of length.

You can work on length and girth simultaneously in your program, but the recommendation is to keep them separate.

Maybe lengthwork in the day, and girthwork (Girth Program: 5x5x3) at afternoon/night?

You know. I haven't really measured around because I always used a straight ruler. So all I know is erect I'm 1.75 diameter and 6.5 length. So my goal would be 9 length and as wide as I can get it. crazy from my flaccid length and girth which have extreme variance. I'm def a shower. ATM, I do girth work when I get home from work. My work is physical so I hop in the bath before sitting on my bed. I do length work while I sleep. I have the phallosan forte. so when my dick gets irritated from being in too long, usually between 1-4 hours, I'll just take it off and go back to sleep. Doing this every day is no problem for me, I'm very disciplined if I have to be because my goals are greater than me wanting to quit. People kept saying give one day rest because that's when it recovers and that's when you make gains. Then for beginners, you want to ease into it and really take more days off at first is also what I found, but it seems nothing was happening, I was trying to be patient. That's when I came here.

You're good man, I appreciate the input. I'd say I'm an intermediate pumper with a noobish mindset, not having any clue which way to go. I constantly change course when something was said and I feel off. For instance, I stopped pumping to change course because it was starting to hurt. I'm not really sure what to do about that. Is the hurt normal, should I stop? Should I just keep going through with it even though others say there could be internal damage if done constantly that way? I got too many questions and I feel none have been answered with truth. So I guess I've been cutting out what doesn't work in hopes to find something that does, which was why I kept changing all this time.

I don't. I got the hydro 7, not even the hydromax 7. at the other house I actually have an old school vacutech (seems they discontinued)

and, how does one do SSJ? they took the YouTube video down
