Indeed. I have changed my attitude somewhat over the years in regard to clamping. I still feel it IS the best overall method for girth. A close second...again MY opinion, things like SSJs and horse squeezes. BUT clamping needs to be approached with much more caution. I outline these thoughts in the videos I have done. Most men, only need to clamp under the pressure of the clamp with no extra exercises involved.
