Hey guys, I have also noticed here lately, this sub forum is pretty slow. I don't get why. We all know girth is more important than length. Clamping is in fact the most effective type of girth method you can use. Paired with any other girth exercise, you have a tour de force. A girth routine that will be unmatched by any other. I'm sharing/reviving a technique for advanced clampers. Originally, shared 'back in the day' and I still share this with guys because it is in fact the most advanced girth exercise you can do, period. The only other technique that comes close is a DLD slow squash jelq. What makes this technique better than any other is the sheer amount of force you can exert on your penis for expanding girth. Instead of being limited by hand, or grip strength, there are no limits. You have your clamp restricting blood outflow while allowing blood inflow. The pressure from clamping, paired with your body weight. As I say in this video, use your head. Back off if you feel anything close to pain.

Thank GOD you're here to revive it! I asked you 2 questions in the other thread you started, but now I have 2 more:

- What do you think about the "Thicker Man Clamp"? ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...he-superman05xx-thicker-man-clamp-review.html ). This is a link of a brother of ours making a review on this product. How many types of clamps are there? What are the PROs of each clamp- which one is the best one to get? Why do some guys clamp behind their balls, is it productive, isn't it dangerous? (That's a lot of questions there LMAO!)

- (And this one I find REALLY important!)- HOW does clamping work, I mean- how does it keep blood trapped in, but allows new, fresh blood to come in the penis? Isn't strong constriction blocking new, fresh blood from coming in, can you please explain? :)

- What do you think about the DMSO/PABA combination with clamping? I have read some people use this to soften the tunica and make it less resistant to growth before their girth sessions? Does it work, what do you think?

So far that's what I want to ask. Cheers for supporting a forum I find really AMAZING, but very unpopular! :)

I have so far gained a little over 1/2" from clamping. Haven't clamped for more than demonstration purposes in several years now. I will likely get back to it one day, but I plan to pursue more length first.
 
So I decided to give these a try in anticipation of getting my new hanger clamp in the mail soon. First of all I only said this once elsewhere but I do my SSJ exercises clamped. After I'm done a good session I'm usually sweating and my hands are a bit tired/sore. My EQ is a bit hard to manage (and putting on and off clamp) in my 5 x 5 x 3 sets which usually drags my workouts out to just over an hour. This includes warmup/warm down.

The workout I decided to do with these clamped wall pushes was 5 min in the Bathmate then I do 10-15 min clamped wall push set which is split up into 2 back to back sets 5-7 minutes per set. I was originally supposed to finish off with a 5 minute pump session in the Bathmate but....the wall pushes absolutely murdered my penis and I was already at my max +1 inch of pump.

I'm going to reiterate what still has said about these in his video and site. This exercise is FUCKING SERIOUS. Dangerous as hell but with high risk comes high risk comes high reward!! I think I went a little too hard the first time I did these and almost couldn't do a girth session the next day due to soreness and lost an erection for the first time in months while having sex (had a smile on my face and my GF couldn't figure out why I was happy with a limp tired penis hahaha). I was immediately more sore then I've ever been 1 hour after doing these clamped wall pushes. I'm excited!! This exercise is exciting because I can use both hands for support while doing them. I have really bad FR but with both hands free I'm able to hold the base for support and grip lightly but firmly just underneath my glads to stop the donut effect.

I really hope RED gives these things a try when/if he gets back into clamping 😍. I would really like to hear what he has to say about them. These are just a variation of the SSJ which I'm incredibly happy about because I don't want to stray away from proven effective exercises. I will keep these up for 3 months and report back to my brothers with my results!

I was able to do a straight 15 min set yesterday without splitting it up into two sets. Made things much easier. I had to loosen the clamp a little.

Edit: AND finished off the session with a 5 min Bathmate set without any crazy FR 😎. Lightly gripping just underneath the glands during the wall pushes does absolutely wonders for people with bad FR and the dreaded doughnut.

Glad to see these get some new life/ interest. Do proceed with caution of course. The goal is slow and steady progression, not full on whole body presses.
 
So yesterday I did two 15 minute sets back to back with a couple minutes rest in-between for new blood flow for my entire girth routine (no Bathmate sets). I couldn't believe it but i had almost no fluid buildup. I wondered if it was because my intensity was low so on my second set I pushed hard and harder. Still no fluid build up.

When I would pair these wall pushes with the Bathmate I got crazy fluid retention. I'm thinking of doing all my wall pushes and then ending with Bathmate. High pressure outside of my penis vs low internal pressures (pumping) are a quick recipe for FR. But low pressure outside of my penis vs high internal pressure (clamping) hardly triggers any of my FR.... interesting.

Still, from looking at the video, it looks like it can be used as a clamp or a hanger, is this correct?
 
No, not any way to attach weights. Also, it's too circular inside. Although, if applied mid shaft while engorged it does have enough surface area to pull on with the hands to focus pressure on the glans.

I was looking at the hanger video. I did not see a picture of the clamp, where can I see that

Yea i designed each for their intended purposes. One was not intended to do the job of the other.
