Iāve actually done a variation of this and after the second night I woke up with an edema dickš.. not fun.Iām talking way too much edema! š
šæāāļø like it felt counterproductive.Iāve learned that girth works better in short intense spurts, then rest, then do it again.. any long duration of girth just doesnāt work for me.. . I now view sleep as a time for the body to āpower-upā, and heal from all the stress im causing during the day! Long story short- I triple agree!
