Can a girlfriend help her boyfriend with PE?

You could just disguise the email as random spam. Hell - she could do this for herself. Just open another one of many free email accounts and send the BF seemingly random spam. Simplicity is genius.

Have him find it.
Figure out something to search for while he's sitting on the computer that brings up this site or �other forum� place as the first result and just be like this looks interesting. Then I'm sure he'll look into it then or later when your not around.

3 Issues I have with helping your boyfriend with Penis Enlargement:

1 - If he's as insecure as you're implying then by saying he has a small penis you will destroy any confidence he has in bed, and this will make things immediately worse (though eventually things could improve)

2 - I would say very little has to do with his size, rather his confidence/penis health, so if you want to 'stumble' upon this site for penis health reasons then it's different

3 - If you want to Penis Enlargement his own penis for him, you'll have no idea how it feels for him, it may give him no real stretch at all, and he will experience no gains, or you will hurt his penis, in which case he'll probably be pissed and you won't be able to help him out at all

I think stumbling across the site might be the best way to do things, and then he may take an interest into Penis Enlargement (as I did, when I stumbled upon this site).
