hi i have read somewhere on the internet that the FSL is actually a pretty good indicator of ur BPenis EnlargementL.
however, i have realized that on most occasions, my BPFSL is 7 inch and BPenis EnlargementL is 6.25 inch. and on rare occasions BPenis EnlargementL is 6.5 inch.

I started P.E. about a month and a half ago. and i feel that the gap between the BPFSL and BPenis EnlargementL is too much, because i read that the average difference is probably .2 inch. Any comments about this ?

And i would like to know if theres any exercise that would bring my BPenis EnlargementL closer to my BPFSL. ?

It's not about trying to bring your BPenis EnlargementL closer to your BPFSL. It's about drastically increasing your BPFSL as much as possible and I garentee you your BPenis EnlargementL will increase with it. Now I am just reiderating that you said your BPFSL is 7 inches and your best BPenis EnlargementL IS 6.5 inches. Check this out. The day you get your BPFSL to 8 inches or higher I bet your BPenis EnlargementL will be well over 7 inches. It will all grow accordenly.

Hit those manual stretches hard man and get that BPFSL up as much as you can.

I agree with DLD and Kingsnake on this, and of course, based on my own experience.

My Bone Pressed Flaccid Dick just keeps growing (after six years), I can now stretch my completely flaccid dick (on a good day) to four inches above my belly button--that's 13 inches. I have a "high rise." By that I mean that there is quite a distance between my pubic bone and my belly button--about 9". My Bone Pressed Erect Length (while lying down--straight out--measured with a tape measure) is 10" every morning. I have edged it to 10.75". My goal is 11". This was not my goal until I realized I can keep growing a longer and thicker cock. My base girth has settled in at 6", so I know some of the blood is going into length rather than girth.

BTW, I don't use my entire shaft any more to enter the Mrs. But I like doggy style and that way I can keep part of the shaft on the outside and not worry about injuring her. The eye candy effect of my flaccid penis is GREAT. It keeps her asking for more.

Holy sh#t lostinspace. Your dick is 10-10.75 inches man. What routine have you been doing for the past 6 years to achieve such results and what was your starting size. Do you have any measured pics or pics at all. That would be assume to see.
 
A routine very much like DLD's original routine, except that I jelqed 24/7 for three months BEFORE I started all the stretches. I started large: 7.75"--so I have grown a modest two to three inches--one inch in girth. No before pics. I didn't start P.E. to get a bigger dick. I just wanted my rock hard woodies back. I got them back after a month. I DO have measured pics from two or three years ago--somewhere on the PicProof forum here at MOS. My dick at that point was approaching 9", give or take an eighth of an inch.

well i just have to say my BPFSL is about 1 1/4" longer than my BPenis EnlargementL, so it is hard for me to hear to keep on with flaccid stretches when in the end i AM actually after ERECT gains.

just my two cents. i'm off to play around with this xleeve thing and see how it feels...

Your BPenis EnlargementL will eventually catch up with your BPFSL--this was a promise DLD made, and it has pretty much come true for me.
 
Stretcharmstrng it doesn't matter if your bpfl is almost 1 1/2 inch longer then your bpel. Just keep increasing your flaccid stretch bro. Your bone pressed erect length will eventually increase with it. Trust me. If a guy has a flaccid stretch of 13 inches he is most likely going to atleast have a erect length over 8 inches man. Its just simple physics. If your tunica and ligs are increasing in stretch length then they are becoming plasticly deformed to do so. This will by default allow my blood to fill up the newly stretched and deformed tunica.
Hell my bpel is 9.2 inches and my flaccid stretch is 9.75 inches. I am pretty sure that if I ever get my flaccid stretch to 10.5 inches through Penis Enlargement then most likely that will result in me having atleast a 9.5 - 9.75 inch bpel. Keep stretching that BPFSL further and further than in time you will see your BPenis EnlargementL become longer aswell. BPFSL gains are an indication of future BPenis EnlargementL growth and size.
 
Erect stretching will close this gap the fastest.

When you say erect stretching, how erect? After I finish my edging session, my cock hangs around 9". Is this a good time to do the stetching? My BPenis EnlargementL is closing in on 11".

Yes, fully erect, straight out. This, plus weight loss, helped me close the gap big time. You may also want to try the Excellerated Lig Lengthening I think this has incredible potential to close the gap.
 
I have been hanging for a few weeks, almost every day, and I hadn't missed more than one day off in a row. This past weekend, I had to take two days off in a row, and to my surprise, my BPFSL went up a quarter inch or so when I measured after the break. I'm hoping to bridge this gap between BPFSL and BPenis EnlargementL as soon as possible, but it leaves the question in my mind: should I be taking more days off? Anyone with similar experience, please chime in.

Background:
I have not been doing any other Penis Enlargement during this time period. I have worked up in weight relatively quickly because I used to hang a while back and have been doing pretty intense manual Penis Enlargement since then (I've been listening to my body and felt that I could increase the weight). I'm using 12.5 pounds for all sets, using the BIB starter.

Anyone have any ideas or input? Thanks in advance.

Hey dickfordays. For most people hanging takes its toll on your erection quality. During the few weeks that you were hanging you probrably had already made the quarter inch gain in length from it but the commulative stress from hanging slightly decreases erection quality so your new gain didn't show yet. After taking the 2 days off your erection quality had time to fully heal and returned to 100% to reveiled your new quarter inch gain. I don't no if this happened in your case but I just guessing.

For me I hang 5 days a week Monday through Friday and my erection quality with the L-citrulline suppliment is between 95-100% during the week days. When Saturday night and Sunday hits my erection quality is always 100% since I don't do any strenious Penis Enlargement on the weekends. My dick has had 24 hours since Friday evening of healing time.

For any of you guys who's erection quality is sensative towards Penis Enlargement, make sure to take a day or two off of Penis Enlargement before you measure progress to insure full recovery and maximum erection.

I have not measured my BPenis EnlargementL since re-starting hanging, just my BPFSL. My EQ does not ever seem to be hampered despite how much or what type of Penis Enlargement I do. Maybe my BPenis EnlargementL has also increased, I'll measure soon.

Keep up the good work, by the way, truly inspirational gains by a very dedicated guy.

After stretching I always try to clamp and edge somewhat, with the concept of expanding the 'freshly' stretched tissues. (Of course I mainly use clamping for girth work, but then more intensive.)
What do you all think about this? Will it be a good bridge between BPFSL and BPenis EnlargementL?
