After a little browsing and reading here it has dawned on me that stretching means elongating. People always say it's about consistency, not intensity, but I haven't really gained much with just a little pulling.

So I tried pulling harder than usual and I could actually see my flaccid getting longer. My BPFSL is roughly equal to my BPEL but after 20-25 seconds of stretching in one direction (more than that and my hand starts to slip/glans starts to hurt a bit) I stretched my flaccid by one additional inch - both with standard and bundled stretches. That means my BPFSL is potentially one inch longer than my BPEL. As soon as I stop stretching it gets back to the same flaccid size as before but I guess it's too soon to see results.

Is this how you veterans do it? Stretch it until you see/feel your flaccid getting longer?

Yes, of course this is how you should be stretching. Not sure where you got the other misinformation, I could guess though. Consistency is equally important, but if there's no elongation achieved and no forced, continued elongation past the previous sessions, no long term progress is made.

Does it start with a T and end with an E? :)

Stretch it until you feel and see yes. If you need video examples we have them here on this forum to look at.

I stretch until it cries out for help, or until I pass out from exhaustion.

My flaccid does hang longer after stretching, but I'm not sure I would consider that my goal. I'm going for a certain internal feeling of tissue exhaustion, and the elongated flaccid is a byproduct of that.

That a boy!

Been doing bundled/normal/erect stretching for a couple months with as much force as I can muster with my hand (that and talc, does wonders against slippage).

It MIGHT be that I've gained around 1cm (0.4in) BPEL. BPFSL fluctuates a lot but that's definitely growing, too. Erect stretched length is also getting closer to flaccid stretched length. That's just wonderful and I can't wait to see if this trend continues in the following months.

However, sometimes I feel some sort of small "snap" at the base of my penis when stretching flaccid. It's not painful at all. This thread seems to cover the same issue but talks about "lig pop" which I'm not sure it's the same thing. It doesn't sound like a "pop" in my case, more like a "snap" or a "rip". I know I can't rip a damn thing with my bare hands, even with talc reducing the slippage, but it still feels damn weird and scary.

You're not going to see gains unless you're stretching enough to reach plastic deformation. To enter this region on a stress/strain curve, you need to apply enough force. Once you do this, tissue gets deformed and won't return to its normal state. Do it enough and you grow... easy.

Just me being extra careful, actually. That and PEGym I think. It's been a while.

There is only one Brotherhood and it happens to be the best PE spot in the world!

RR, could you or someone else explain what is meant by plastic deformation. I have seen this mentioned a few times but am unsure as to the meaning.

Plastic deformation is in reference to tissue that once deformed will not go back to it's original state.

Thanks D, I am not sure if I am pulling hard enough to cause this. I am stretching until it feels like it is going to pull off at the base but no pain. I know pain is bad so I will keep trying to up the intensity

You can stretch pretty darn intense without causing injury. Many men do not have enough strength to stretch to a proper intensity so they use the LengthMaster, which brings mega-intesito to the stretch. Put as much as you can into manual stretching and if you are not able to see gains with your own strength consider the LM.

I am using the LM for all of my stretching, except for the BM stretches and it is working well so far

you have to pull really hard for length, thats why the lengthmaster is so popular because it makes it easier

Lookin4girth, DLD is correct about plastic deformation. If you google a stress strain curve, you will see the elastic region (less force) and the plastic region (high force). We are trying to enter this plastic region to create length. Personally I use my hands and talc powder, kind of a two handed approach where I grip and pull with one as hard as I can and sort of use the other to support and aid it. My grip strength usually gets very weak and tired from my force. This last month I was about 80% consistent due to travel and now an injury of sort, but was still about to gain a solid 1/8" EL and a 3/8" flaccid stretch length. Using heat WILL make it so you can reach plastic region easier, with less force required. Hence why heat is gooooood.

Yup, the hands will never give the intensity the LengthMaster does. It delivers as much intensity as you desire. Once strap in the handle bars give you complete control over everything! If I could have only one tool it would be the LengthMaster.

Get yourself a length master brother. Remember to always wrap the penis after your session. You want to heal in an elongated state.
