Well, I thought I would start my own Bathmate thread to keep track of everything and keep you guys informed.

I Penis Enlargement'd for the first time in 2002 or 2003, first with the basic exercises like Jelqing, later also Stretching and Squeezing. Unfortunately I never had much privacy and spare time, especially during the summer months, so each of my Penis Enlargement attempts usually faded away after some weeks, or 2 months maximum. No wonder I didn't gain. Well, maybe a few millimeters, but that could also have been temporary or simply different day's conditions ...

Almost each autumn I started Penis Enlargement again, just to give up a few weeks later.

Three years ago or so I decided to get a stretching device (Andropenis) - again I tried it for a few weeks and then gave up because it was not comfortable at all.

This year I read more about the Bathmate and decided to get a X-40. And I must say, I was never as much addicted to Penis Enlargement before! The Bathmate did it for me regarding motivation! It's very easy to use!

I started with the sessions on September 7, so that's almost two months now. I usually use the Bathmate at least four days on three days off or (preferably) five days on two days off. If possible, even six days on one day off.

I started with 15 minutes in the first two weeks, and pumped up to 170 on the scale, which is exactly my BPenis EnlargementL. Week 3 - 6 I made 18 minute sessions and was able to pump up to 175 - 180. Since week 7 I make 20 minute sessions and usually pump up to 180 - 185. In the last few minutes I pump up to the max, which is usually between 185 and 190. Today was a very good session and I was able to pump up to over 195(!) in the last few minutes, that is almost 2 cm over my BPenis EnlargementL. I think I can hit the 200 within the next 2 - 3 weeks.

I don't think that these are "real" gains, maybe my penis just gets "used to it". I haven't measured since I started with the Bathmate, I think I will measure just before Christmas. This would be three and a half months then and this is a period where the first gains should probably show.

Just for your info here are my starting stats:

Non pressed erected lentgh = 15.5 cm = 6.1"
Bone pressed erected length = 17.0 cm = 6.7"
Erected girth at base = 16.0 cm = 6.3"
Erected girth middle shaft = 14.5 cm = 5.7"
Erected girth behind head = 12.0 cm = 4.7"
Flaccid length = 8.5 cm = 3.3"
Flaccid girth = 9.5 cm = 3.7"

As you can see, I am a grower and the shape of my penis is cone shaped = thick at the base and thin at the head.

So my three goals are:

1) More erected length > BPenis EnlargementL = 20.0 cm = 8"

2) More girth at the top = a bigger head

3) Bigger flaccid = more of a shower than a grower

EQ was never a problem for me, I have very hard erections and a good erection angle.

First problem for me with the Bathmate is the size. As you can see from my base girth, I am actually too big for the X-40. I get marks at the base! And: I would love to try the stretches with the Bathmate but that's not possible because my skin gets clamped due to my girth and it hurts at the base when I pull the Bathmate away from the body.

So I am thinking of getting a X-40 mid/end of November (as it seems now that the Maximus will never come). Maybe I can even pump more with the X-40. I think I could pump more, but the X-40 is just too small girth-wise, so some potential is just not used.

At the end a word about my routine:

As I said, I don't have much privacy and spare time, so my routine is simple:

3 - 5 minutes warm-up in very warm water in the bath tub
20 minutes Bathmate session with very warm water
100 - 200 kegels

I might add some stretching or jelquing before my Bathmate sessions (maybe 5 minutes) if that helps ...

Looks like you have gotten your feet wet but have just recently got 100% in, good for you! The Bathmate does bring a lot of fun to Penis Enlargement an brings such quick initial gains it helps with motivation. The X-40 will be much more comfortable for you but DO NOT SELL the X-40. I still love my X-40 for flaccid pumping, warm ups and semi-erect Bathmate Hardcore Stretches. I use the X-40 for pumping and erect Hardcore Stretches. Both serve a wonderful purpose. Are your goals to be 8" x 6.5"?
 
Thanks for your post. I also thought about keeping or selling the X-40, but will keep it now. Goals are 8 x 6.5", yes!
 
I would be willing to add some other Penis Enlargement exercises to my Bathmate sessions. As I told, I don't have too much time and privacy. The Bathmate sessions take a little less than half an hour (warming up, 20 mins Bathmate, kegels). I could add another 10 or 15 minutes, maybe not with every Bathmate session, but most times.

My question: What should I do? Jelqing? Stretching? Squeezing? I am going mainly for length (erect and flaccid).

Second question: Is it better to do ONE 20 minute Bathmate session or TWO 10 minute sessions, with a few minutes pause in between?
 
Sooo ... got my X-40 and made a very first session. What can I say ... what a difference!!

First of all - that thing is HUGE! My cock looks completely LOST in the X-40 length-wise, see enclosed picture!

I usually pumped the X-40 up to 190 at the end of the session (my BPenis EnlargementL is 170), but that was not always possible, I always thought that my base girth hindered further pumping, allthough there would still have been reserve. Now with my first X-40 session I could pump easily up to 190. I could have pumped more, but didn't want to overdo it in the first session, as I am not used to the X-40 so far.

Best thing: No pain and marks anymore from the gaiter at my penis base! Anyone with a girth over 6 inches should definitely get the X-40!

That's all so far. Will report back here after a few sessions, maybe in 4 or 5 days.

I just love when you at first see 1 cm gap on each side of the penis and then every time you pump there is less of a gap (bigger girth :D).

Do you also pump your balls?

Haven't tried pumping the whole package yet, but I will do. Just need to get used to the X-40 first.
 
OK... :)

I want to ask you was there any time you could not pump to the max preassure in X-40 because you felt to intense preassure on the frenulum?

Yes, I've had such sessions with the X-40. Due to the girth of my penis it filled out the whole tube, so the skin was pulled extremely back when pumping. That's another advantage of the X-40.

All in all I had three sessions with the X-40 now, and I am getting used to it slowly. It is different to the X-40. Due to the size of the X-40, you have to apply more force when pumping - the X-40 is much easier to pump. Also, because the immense girth of the X-40, it's not easy to find a comfortable position in the bath tub on the first sessions. Will report again in a few days.
 
I love having both models, the X-40 and the X-40, they both serve such unique purposes.
 
Yes, they both have advantages. I want to add the Hardcore Stretches soon. Have to try if they work better with the X-40 or the X-40 for me.

The Herc is great with Hardcore Stretches but I need to be semi hard to do them in the Herc. I can do them much better with the X-40. The X-40 is awesome for flaccid pumping and warm-up and warm-downs. I actually have 3 of each:) So spoiled. One with Winevac Mod, 2 standard, one with Penile Sleeve modification. I have another X-40 I am experimenting with, I can take it apart and try different things with it. Right now I am installing a battery vacuum into the valve system, I will show pictures when it is finished.
 
I am able to pump the X-40 up to 200 now (I think even more would be possible), but I get a HUGE donut after the session. Any recommendations? Should I make 2 sessions á 10 minutes instead of 1 session á 20 minutes? Any experiences here?
 
I got a huge donut too using X-40 with MAX pressure, i changed my routine to 3x 6mins of Bathmate and have not had doughnut since, have only been using Bathmate for 3 weeks so some one with more experience could comment more on this.

Do you still go to max pressure in your 3 x 6 mins routine?
 
You're also making 3 x 6 minutes sessions instead of 1 x 20 minute session, DLD?
 
Bathmateu1 would it be possible for you to take the same picture as you did on 28th November (2 weeks ago).. just to visualy compare and see if there are any gains.

As for the 6min sets. They just give better expenssion.
It's like if you do the biceps curl in the gym, you do 4 sets of 12 reps. One could also do 48 reps in 1 go but is better if we split the workout.

Will take a pic as soon as I have reached 200 for the first time, which will hopefully be before Christmas. I'll have to make a break during the Christmas holidays due to lack of privacy probably.

I did a 2 x 10 min session today, and I think there is less donut. Will report again in a few days.
 
In the last 1 - 2 weeks I was trying around to find some way to minimize fluid retention (donut effect).

Today my session was as follows:

3 minutes warm up in very warm water
1 minute massage to get erect
10 minutes Bathmate, with light hardcore stretches in the last minute
3 minutes massage
10 minutes Bathmate, with light hardcore stretches in the last minute
3 minutes massage
150 kegels

What can I say? The massage did it! I got MUCH LESS fluid retention today!

Massage means nothing else than slow masturbating actually (WITHOUT ejaculating).

When I got out of the Bathmate after the first 10 minutes, I had no fluid retention, but that is normal. When I got out after the second 10 minutes, I had the usual fluid retention, but could "massage it away", at least the most of it.

The hardcore stretches are also new now. I use not much force by now, but will increase force in the next weeks.

I think this is a very good routine for me and will keep doing it in the next weeks.
