i never thought I would have to hide PE but my thickness hurts my wife and she has hid my bathmate and thrown it against the ground etc... What would be a good routine for hiding PE I am thinking jelqs and c rings maybe. What would u guys do?

when i saw the title of this thread i thought it was about a stealth inner wear routine LMAO i was like wtf!! how can you do a p.e routine with stealth lol

As long as you are gaining i don't think measuring is really necessary, for instance i work my arms every day and they are huge, but i haven't measured them in over a year. and yet they are still huge lol
so unfortunately for my bros following my progress thread, yes there have been gains but i didnt upload the newest measurement pic and i probably wont do any more
 
You can't do arms everyday playboi you should do like.

Monday: Arms and back
Tuesday:legs and abs
Wednesday:bench-press
Rest days, and repeat or something that's how you bulk up :cool:

you can train hands and forearm every day but you are right the upper arm and pec/shoulders need longer to recover
forearms are like calves they should be burdened A LOT to grow big
 
Oh you are looking for definition instead of bulk that's good. I use to do all power exercises so I packed on like thirty pounds, but now I want more striations. You're right it does feel like a burden until you realize that one day it will get better.

Us PE guys are just more determined I think that's why we annihilate all the pooseys. They come back crawling like reanimated corpses.>:(

As much as SRT seems like it is not a stealth workout there are many components to it that make it one. The use of under cloths tools like the SizeGenetics and Phallosan, which I completely consider stealth. The short breaks of taking off and putting on the extenders is also quick and stealthy. Stealth has everything to do with fitting in training without anyone knowing.

From my own point of view, I think it's better you don't measure at all. It should be a rare thing to do. Just measure with your eyes and continue with the consistency.

actually visual stimulation is great we can see how big we getting n stuff but the ruler don't lie,sometimes i compare it against objects such as bottles n stuff lol
