anyone gained exclusively from a extender?
I am curious how well extenders work for length gains. Has anyone experimented to see if you can gain length using only an extender for your pe methods. If so what was your experiment like i.e. hours per day, how long it took and results. etc
 
Anything that pulls on your penis will lengthen it. It just a matter of time and force. Time is the stronger of the two. What I mean is, (to illustrate the point): 24 hours a day at light tension will do the same thing as 250 pounds at 30 seconds a day.

The trade-off issue is do you have the time? No? Use more force. Have time? Yes? Use less force.

So an extender isn't magical, it satisfies the above requirements. The trick is putting in the time since they are low force. On the other hand, the trick with force is to not injure your penis.
 
If you aren't that compelled to produce gains as fast the extender is a good place to start alone, but I would suggest considering incorporating a little manual work along the way such as jelqing and occasionally some daily stretching. Don't forget kegels are a must.
 
Any of the exercises or products on this site will of course lengthen your penis! There are many guys who have used the SizeGenetics Extender alone and made massive gains. I've been using an extender for about 3 weeks now and have made some superb gains. My flaccid stretch was 9.25" and is now 9.75" - 10" my natural 8.6" x 5.5 is now 9.25" x 6.2. I have recently incorporated stretches and jelq into my routine and am being trained by Dr. Howard as well. My warm up consists of using the Bathmate for 20 min and then to do my jelq and stretches and then go right into the extender. When I first started the extender I was extending to 9" and now 9.75" 10.0" and I'm very impressed. Where did all of this length come from in this short amount of time is beyond me. Some say it is just my natural penis being pulled out. Dr Howard told me that In the penis, the structural framework is collagen fibers, which is the limiting factor. To make the penis grow, you have to induce a process of remodeling. Remodeling can be defined as breaking the molecular bonds in the fibers constructively causing an elongation, and then repairing the molecular transformation via remodeling. Remodeling (performed by your body), literally is remodeling the penis resulting in longer collagen fibers and hence a longer thicker penis. The internal components of blood vessels, smooth muscles and nerves will grow along with the collagen, but the collagen must grow first.


There are two basic phases in penis enlargement, the first phase is collagen decrimping phase (often called the "newbie" phase) and the second phase is the remodeling phase (which we previously discussed). In the decrimping phase" the collagen fibers exist in waves rather than straight lines of fibers. As traction is applied, this results in a change of collagen fiber configuration from wavy to straight fibers. From the removal of this "slack" some gains can be made. This why it is easier to gain when you first start Penis Enlargement.

Instruments that can produce adequate decrimping traction would be the pump/watermate or extenders. The Bathmate and extender will both pull the crimps out in a period of several months, maybe less too.
 
How far do you guys stretch? is 7" in the extender considered a "light" stretch? That seems like more on the heavy side to me.

I'm currently stretching to 9.5" - 10" and using about 1500g. My natural length is 8.6 x 5.5 but over the last few weeks of being a newbie my length is now 9.25" by 6.2" and staying. Probably just my natural length and not really any growth yet, but who knows. lol

Yes, definitely. Over the past 2 years, I've used an extender only for about a year total - using it for 2 hours 3 times a day for 6 months (put on 1/2 inch), took a year off, then used it for 2 hours 2 times a day for another 6 months (put on about another 1/2 inch), and have put on in total about an inch in length and about 0.2 inches in girth.

I did jelq for the first couple of weeks, but stopped doing that. Recently, I have started doing a few minutes of manual stretching, as well, but for the year when I made my gains, it was just from the extender. Of course, I'm hoping that with the manual stretching and the extender, I will make even more gains.

It all depends on your size. I'm about 8.5 pbel and stretch at about 9.25 - 9.5 inches. My experience is that a tight stretch is about .5 to .75 inches longer than my erect length.
 
I'm 9.25" bpel and stretch to 10" currently. .5" - .75" and even an addtional one 1" past your current bpel would be as much or as little as you would probably want to stretch to at anytime.

These threads are great as it gives a lot of user feedback on the SizeGenetics. It is important to know that the extender will bring gains independently of any other pe. The reason I ad exercises to the extender work is because it works faster.
