ok i started hanging btc a while ago with some jelg and gained 1 inch. Im asuming that was a newbe gain. Then i took about 5 month of now im back at it for over three months and have not gained anything.>:(

my routine is hang in the am 3 sets of 20 minutes up to 18lbs in the SO posistion since my lot is 630 with the bib. Then the night time is the dld newbie with the blasters. During the day i wear monty weights. this is done 6 times a week,.

any ideas here im not gaining shit and kind of getting a little frustrated

thanks for your guys input

Are you saying you lost the inch from before or that you can't gain anymore since that inch?

dld

thanks an honor to have you post. No i keeped the inch In 7 bpel and 5 3/8 girth. I just took 4-5 months off now back at it for 3 months straight. And have not gained anything. I also am using the power assist which is a kick ass product...... just woundering why no gains.... any ideas or suggestions

IMO, your routine seems to be over-training and no real-time for recovery.

You been hanging 18lbs for the last 3 months after a 5 month break?
Whats the amount of weight on the Monty strap and length of time your wear it through out the day?
What's the length of time on your night-time routine?

i have worked up to 18lbs over the past three month. I hung before so its really not big deal....

as for the monty weight i wear only two all day which is 11.7 onces almost 1 pound
the night time routine takes me about 1 hr or so. If you think its over training then cool i dont mind just let me know your thoughts
thanks X

Splking1, The problem with most guys and ATTEMPTING to hang weights from their penis is they are either working with weights that are too heavy to generate just enough stress to grow or they are spending entirely too much time hanging weights from their penis. Either way the body responds by becoming resistant to the forces being applied to it, which leads to more time and heavier weights. This is not necessary for you to see gains. Try taking 2 weeks off and then come back with 2.5 lbs for your first set of ten minutes and work to about 5-7.5 lbs and NO MORE. Your goal is to FEEL the weights hanging and not have to battle to finish a set or dread having to do another set all together. A lot of men seem to forget that Penis Enlargement is supposed to be productive and to some degree ENJOYABLE. If you're not getting where you want to be you need to reevaluate your method and see if making a few basic changes can jump start progress. I'd start by doing exactly what I've outlined here and move forward. Don't worry about the time off as it will allow your injuries to heal and for the tissues to soften up a bit. Trust me on this, if you follow what I've said you will see a difference but it will take some time.

thanks for the input millionman. but I dont feel any type of pull or strech with 7 pounds at all. not sure if thats the way to go for me. everyone is differnt when it comes to this game i guess.

anyone else have any ideas here

I would go back to doing what worked for you before. I notice you said you hung btc when you gained. Look back at your routine 5 months ago and do what worked.

splking, I am glad to hear that you did not lose size! You have gotten some very good responses. I also think This is something I rarely say but you may be over exercising. Stick with one length routine if your are hanging and ADS'ing. If you have a Power Assist follow the Blasters using it. Sometimes in Penis Enlargement, when we have too many things going on, it is difficult to dedicate enough mental focus on any one exercise or routine. Build a structured routine and stick with it. Forget about making any erect gains for now, stick with a flaccid, stretched, bone pressed measurement and measure once per week. Keep a journal and make adjustments in exercise, routine and/or intensity as you see fit.

If you are not gaining length there is something wrong. Either the exercises you are using are not right for you, you are not putting in enough intensity and even, for some guys, doing the exercises wrong (which is obviously not your problem.) Motivation is very important, so I suggest you look at some of my Mental Penis Enlargement threads.

Hope that helps

thanks for the input dld. So you saying just do the blasters at night with no streching or jelg??? and im understanding that correct. and of course sticking to the am hanging and ads

thanks everyone for your input

splking1, You missed my point entirely. I'm not necessarily saying that those are the poundages needed to hang with, but you need to reconsider your use of heavy weights. Using heavier weights is an obvious but not always the correct answer when it comes to hanging or any other type of Penis Enlargement. I hung for a long while and gained maybe .5" in length because I was focused on how much weight I was using. In truth I think that between 5 and 10 lbs is plenty to gain length. The goal is to cause a progressive weakening of the structures, so they will grow longer. I've written extensively on the Progressive Method of Penis Enlargement and this can be applied to hanging as well. At the end of the day if you're doing too much work, hanging too much weight, or not resting enough your body will move into injury response and healing mode. That's not where you want to be and if you're having as much trouble as you say then I would say that's where you find yourself. Take some time off and figure out what kind of approach you want to use. If Penis Enlargement is an everyday event for you then you might consider what the cumulative stress on your penis is everyday and see if it's enough to GROW or is it enough to keep you from GROWING.

i see what your saying million.....i went ahead and tried your method today. And really didnt feel anything. But im willing to give it a go since nothing is working any way for me

Splking1, Don't try it without having deconditioned for at least 2 weeks. I was stuck for 2 years at 7.5" EL and have deconditioned for 3 months and have gone back to regularly gaining with a minimal amount of work over the better part of this last year.

Hang at high angles and/or increase hang time. Simply put. Do that you will gain.
