I was at the gym today and had virtually no turtling whatsoever. I credit it to wearing my phallogenetics/phallosan plus all the active pe I've been doing as well. Matter of fact I almost never have a small flaccid anymore like I used to. This shit is awesome!

I legitimately have a pretty nice sized dick now. The past couple girls I've been with have both mentioned it being big. I've posted about this before and I apologize if anyone is reading about it again but sometimes I just can't get over it. Thank you mos and everyone who contributes!

Its Just abdominals, pull-ups, and that sort of thing. I want to go back into the gym for some heavy lifts though for now i'm getting by without weights.

i meant PE routine...lol

and im not a gym person myself....i like outdoor workout like parkour , free style etc.....with that you can learn more things about your body and get sexy body at same time......you learn cordination , reaction timing improve , precision , etc and new thing everyday ........so you learn something and get body ...
gyming is same thing but only getting good body not learning something

I am the same way but I just can't get myself motivated so a gym membership would be something I would use because I hate wasting money. I have lost s0me weight though over the past two weeks but I am going to wait for AIM to guess how much:)

ya being around people is alot of motivation and fun too.....doing it alone gets boring...
right now i am working out alone i get sick of it sometimes and skip workout....will go to a gymnasium soon

I did not even consider the social part of it...now I feel scared to get a membership:) I am very agoraphobic and it takes me some time to get through my fears and go somewhere new. But, I have been getting stronger and stronger and feeling more able to do things out of the norm. I hope I can make this work.


On a side note, I gave up on exercising completely, I went off my diet and started eating whatever I want and amazingly I lost 13 pounds???? Can you get your head around that one?

i think u will gain them very fast aswell......
although dont EVER make a diet....all u need is to eat healthy,,,,,that doesnt mean healthy food taste shit....u have to make it tasty.....
my diet plans never worked......so i eat what i want but NO SUGAR NO PROCESSED AND NO OILY FOOD ....thats all that i avoid and eat everything......
relace sugar with honey , chips with popcorn , and oil is essential but use olive oil.....

whenevr i see i havent eaten in the past 2 hours ....i randomly start running on the spot like CRAZY for a minute or so....it feels amazing and throughout the day a workout is going on......

You are so right! When I was counting every calorie and making sure they were all from proteins it just drove me nuts and all I did was gain weight. My new diet has been eating healthy from all food groups, taking the pressure off myself, and it paid off:)

I have not been using a bandage wrap or any method to prevent turtling from happening when I'm at the gym. I remove the wrap before I start to work out, and then re-wrap it when I'm done.

If you wrap for elongation all the time besides at the gym, I think you are good. You are only at the gym max 2 hours.

If I would work out with a bandage wrap, it would become soaked with sweat, and I would need to have 2 diffrent bandages with me, and then rinse through the wet one (with hand soap) when I get home.
I'm not willing to add that complexity to my wrapping, it's to complex already. Just easier to just remove the wrap before working out.

But @hugh-girth suggestion can work. But I haven't tried it.

Staying elongated for 6 hours daily is fine. I don't see any need to stay elongated while at the gym. As long as you are consistently training and wrapping the penis, you will gain. What matters is consistency.
