Mine shrinks as well, just like I jumped into a pool. I used to wear those X-sleeves or ace wrap and really worry about it but now I say Fuck it. It's easier to focus on what I'm doing in the gym and having a stronger more athletic body will do more for your dick than trying to prevent turtling for 2 hours out of the day

underwear = turtling
No underwear = no turtling

I've stoped wearing underwear like 2-3 months ago and since then no turtling at all...

Last night i was going out with a girl and i got underwear just i case i get a random boner at the first date ( LOL ) and after a few hours when i went to pee my dick was turtled like fuck..it was like 2 inch :(

I agree, it is the same for me. Without underwear I hang much lower but not as long as I do after practicing the ACE wrap for a few weeks, with training my cock can hang almost to my erect length.

It's strange because I've been going commando for 10 years and I still get shrinkage/turtling despite not wearing any underwear. It shrivels up to 3.5 inches, although my flaccid can get up to 5-6 inches when there's a bit of blood circulation going. But for most of the day it shrinks, and training it with the UJW for the past two years hasn't worked.

I'd like to see an official medical study done on why some men turtle and some men seem to always be hanging lower, I'm wondering if the men who turtle tend to have pelvic floor muscles that are always in a constant tense state and those who hang lower are completely relaxed. There may be other factors too, like how much body fat/fat pad affects the area, health, etc.,

I would rule out diseases in the study, unless you want to suggest that every man who turtles has an unknown disease that doctors haven't found out through blood tests while those without the problem don't have it.

Things like "Do you drink coffee? And if so, how much per day?" would work, but then you'd have to ask them about decaf and caffeinated beverages. Just rule out all the possible causes of the shrinkage or common things that would cause temporary shrinkage (jumping in cold water, anxiety) and find the common thing that men who don't turtle have and those who turtle don't.

Mine turtles or at least doesn't hang very well whenever I'm doing any type of athletic activity: lifting, playing basketball, etc. I think it's fairly obvious that it does this because blood is rushing elsewhere. Filling my muscles or pumping all over my body, rather than just hanging out in my flaccid penis to give it a thick long hang.
 
I think it's because you guys wear underwear...like i hang 5-6 inches everytime i do some activity..just let the dick hang free :)

Except I mentioned in my previous post that I haven't worn underwear in 10 years and I still turtle. You can't write off turtling as something that happens depending on whether or not you're wearing clothing, there's gotta be something else behind the madness.

Maybe you aren't getting an adrenaline rush or maybe your dick is so fatigued from PE it doesn't retract. Either way idk it is not normal

That's a good point. I personally never have the turtling problem maybe I'm not training hard enough?
