As everyone who is hitting the gym lifting weights and training in generall is noticing a turtling of the penis because of the muscles that flex during this time.

I am hitting the gym 5 times a week and i have the feeling that the turtling in the gym hurts my gains. What should I do or wear to avoid this? Some say ace wrap some others say AB silicone sleeve. Any experience you guys?
 
Focus on the task at hand, when you are in the gym it's time to kill the weights. PE can wait till you get home :)

Pretty much what he said. I used to worry when working out that i would turtle and i would stretch it every so often during my work outs. The thing is, turtling affects you very very little so don't worry about it. Once you shower just make sure it hangs and you're all good. Don't let that mind set of having turtling affect your size or gains.

But I LOOOVE ace wrap .....try it out first .....u will see that u can adjust it as per ur own needs and size ....
With Ab silicone u won't be able too so that ....

Really gym is turtling your dick?Never heard about this,i'm going to the gym a few times a week and i still gained.
 
I tryed with the ace wrap at some point. But it was too much of a hazzle. And i prefer using my energy on the actual training at hand. Besides. Those few hours is not going to change much really.

but aim.....whats the hassle in wrapping ??? it takes like 2 mins to wrap in total and thats it your done.....
plus after wearing all the devices...PF , Sg all day...when i wrap my cock with ace at night...it FEEELS SO GOOOOD !!! ...lol
 
I usually do girth workout before I go to gym than I put cockring and my penis never turtle...

That's a nice idea,but still i can't see how the penis is turtling when you're at the gym... ?:(
 
Using an Uncle Jim Wrap would be the best way to not turtle but give the appearance of just the opposite. During anytime you are not doing active PE using the ACE wrap is a smart way to secure gains while not turtling.

Do you ever work out? Try lifting heavy weights, running, or swimming for an hour and see how well you're hanging. If you still have a good flaccid during and immediately after intense exercise then you must be blessed or something. 'Cause that shit causes shrinkage like Peter Dinklage.

or probably hes gaining the best way....cuz what he is gaining are also getting cemented ...chilldish whats your routine ??? you must be doing very less PE so u gain permanent side by side and recover also

I work out 5 days a week and i lift heavy weights 3 or 4 times a week at the gym , i'm hanging better than ever when i'm working out.

Then you must have a big ass flaccid to begin with. I don't know man. I know mine is hanging much better from all this pe. I'm usually around 5 inches flaccid nowadays. But I still get some slight shrinkage when I work out. I sneak some quick pulls every once in a while though.

but when lifting weights isnt it a automatic kegel as you bend .....if you try it right now you can feel all an automatic pressure in your anal or dick area...like a kegel...
isnt that good for you ??? maybe thaats y u dont turtle...lol
