I need to get motivated to start PE again and I really need length currently I have the free-time just broke up with my girlfriend and I want some alone-time and to gain some length.

Short story about my background:
Been PE-ing on and off for about 3 years and this might sound harsh but I almost haven't gained anything with everything I did I was always inconsisent except for jelqs and they didn't do much for me tbh did stretching 1 week then 1 week off etc. just being lazy I'm done with that and I have been out of the game a long time and I'm ready and determined to gain this time around all I need is a routine to follow and I'll do it!

Equipment I have:
BM Extreme (Been using it for a while awesome temporary gains ESPECIALLY when used before sex but besides it does nothing for me no gains from it just temporary girth gains u can use pre sex)

Phallosan Genetics (Main reason I got it because I could wear it during my sleep but for me this failed hugely I woke up like 1 week straight after 3 hours of sleeping and it burning or just waking me up in general because I got an erection at night and everything got tight and woke me up so I've got it but stopped using it)

My main goal is length length and length only honestly I don't really worry about girth I think If I need it and I put in the effort I can get the girth and besides if I don't get it I can always use the BM for extra girth pre-sex so girth I'm not worried about it.

My main concern is length current size is 6''3 NBPEL x 5''1 MSEG short term goal is 7''0 NBPEL (I'll be happy when I reach that and If I don't gain more then that I can make peace with that) Long term goal is 8''0 NBPEL if anyone can shoot me in the right direction or what helped for them just anything I"ll be you forever thankful I need this length so bad I've been wanting it for 3 years and hate myself for being inconsistent and this time around I want to prove myself I can do it! Might even keep a log this time so I have no other choice then to work

Seriously speaking now,you're the only person that can motivate yourself..if you can't motivate yourself,no one can.Just remember why you started PE..why you want a bigger dick.
For me,anytime i get lazy i just look at my equipment..and i'm like : " you spend a lot of money on these things,not it's time to use them " :)

Just try to do about an hour of active stretching almost every day. This can be accumulated throughout the day; it doesn't have to be all at once. Then wear your Phallogenetics or phallosan as many hours as you can the rest of the day.

Anytime you masturbate you really should do some girth work during that time because a.) girth is awesome and b.) it complements length. Some kegels and reverse kegels during that time will also be beneficial. I go for about 45 minutes then I pop, then I do some stretches for another 20 minutes or so. It's basically like having a good pe workout while also having some fun jacking it for a bit. Dld says he does the same thing.

Everytime I feel like skipping my daily LengthMaster session I think exactly the same thing =D
 
Don't say you might keep a log.YOU MUST KEEP A LOG.
 
Along with a good log use your equipment to the best of your ability and jump on the SRT bandwagon. If this seems like too much start with the Newbie Routine and incorporate the parts of SRT you can. As time goes by and you feel more confident add more and more.

I can coach you on your PE goals but you will need to buy a length master and the SiliStretcher. If you are low on cash, buy only the length master. You will surely gain if you follow my routine and guidelines.
