Hanging is great of base girth. Just follow everything in the SRT. Then start increasing reps ect when you plateau :)

I would say 80-100% erect

But start slow, maybe with a newbie routine based on girth alone, then add in a BathMate and transition into 5x53

Do you have any device?If no,go for jelqing and SSJ.You will always start in that area if you don't have any device.If you have a device ( a pump ) go for the 5x5x3 program.

You can do a regular warm-up: warm/hot washcloth, light water pumping, etc.

With SSJs you can isolate specific areas on your penis to correct a baseball bat shape for example.

I would also like to add that you get in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches before any workout to help pre-stretch the Tunica as this is a very dense tissue and pre-expanding it will allow for greater girth.
