Hi guys.. help please!!

I started in Feb 2014 did the newbie routine and I gained 2.5'' flaccid and only 0.5'' EL.

I gained nearly 1.5'' in girth so now this is my measurement:
FBEL: 8''
EL: 7''
FL: 5.5''

I feel I am not progressing in length at all? I hanged SD for nearly 2 months and BTC for nearly 0.5 month. I am not seeing any progress with hanging?

I cannot use Size Genetic, I am not sure if stretching is giving me any benefit as well. so hesitant to use the Bathmat because it seems I respond quickly to girth gains before length.

The original post appeared Blank for several days, even after DLD had answered it. Like mind-reading :) This might be a forum issue if anyone else sees that sort of thing occur.

Arab, good info there from DLD. Always just keep in mind that if one thing isn't working for you, try others. Different angles of pull, higher poundages, pre-fatigue with girth work and then long periods of traction force to remodel the tissues into longer length, etc. There are many ways to do PE, 'slow gaining' and plateauing aren't necessary and they can be bypassed with just a bit more knowledge and a bit more pragmatism. PE takes dedication for a longer duration than some people think, but if you're ever really not growing then toss out that routine and change it up.

For me hanging did not produce what I could produce using my hands or a assist device like the LengthMaster or PowerAssist. In your case it seems the same and sometimes the best strategy is to change the routine completely and as juvenile as it sounds, going back to basics. The basic stretching routine is a great place to restart and try to find a strategy that works best for you. Since you have concentrated on downward stretching mostly it would make sense to change those positions and use upward angles more. The LengthMaster is the perfect mate to this as you can increase the intensity by more than 200% because of the ability to stretch with both hands. This may be your ticket to great this plateau. I also suggest you bring some expressive stretching into your routine. Since you have a BathMate you can use the HardCore stretches to accomplish this. The manual version would be low grip stretching and the LengthMaster version would be hole stretching. In addition to this maybe you want to consider a length only routine and work on girth later if you require more, this will help with concentration and focus.

I feel this what i should do now because my flaccide gains came from streching and i am happy with 5.5" it is making girls mad when i get on the train, when i walk in the street or even at work! but it seems i need more intensity and focuse back on streching i really want to go byound 6" in flaccide amd want that erect 9" ..

I thought if i hang i will have more EL than FL ? i admit hanging BTC made it look like low hanging banana though.

i did not have a Bathmate because i have Erict Girth of 6.5" and i am afraid to go thicker and find it difficult to get length afterwards. I read about your Bathmate streches but until now i did not see somone said they gaind really length from just these?

if you recommend Bathmate for length taking into granted my current measurements which one should i go for?

The same type of stretching can be accomplished without the BathMate. LengthMaster Hole stretching and low grip stretches accomplish the same thing as the BathMate Hardcore stretches. Even manual low grip stretches work the same area of the penis, internally. The idea in all of these exercises is to expose as much inner penis as possible and effectively stretch it.

Cool, and like I said, you can always rock the LengthMaster for a length tool and get in the Expressive Stretching similar to the BathMate. I agree that the BathMate, in your case, would not be needed since you girth is so great so it would make more sense to jump into the LengthMaster that will allow you to do other length work too.

sorry DLD, do you mean by low grip stretching is to grip it from the base? I have been trying to pull internal penis by pulling from the base but it seems I am doing kind of dried jelq and I feel I am getting more girth now.. I think I will have some 7'' or more girth ?

Low grip is gripping at the base or even below the base, grabbing as much internal penis as possible and then stretching it. The grip needs to be very strong so you are gripping tissue and not just skin. If the grip is too loose you will simply slide up the shaft, it need to be tight and stable.

Retaining a elongated flaccid size takes training the penis to remain this way through daily strapping using Uncle Jims Wrap or the SizeGenetics or some type of light extension. The penis becomes trained to shrivel by its natural origin so it takes training it to remain elongated to battle this. Eventually, through training, it will remain close to the length or your erect size...this could take 3-4 months.
 
Couple of things to add on staying stretched out for healing with greater length and training for longer flaccid hang ...

I'm surprised these don't get more play here ... I got a pair of them sometime probably in early 2013. That's how they came at the time .. two for the price quoted .. a spare for when the first one wears out, which takes a looong time. Stealthformen.com. It looks like now it comes with the Stealth device that you specify in your personal size measurements and then also comes with two silicone sleeves of varying thicknesses. Not sure offhand if there are still dual Stealths delivered or one. They're cool. Once you get the hang (ha!) of how to get into it .. you can get into it faster than anyone could described the process. You can piss without removing it. And it grips under the glans with a silicone bead .. so it's not so tight on the shaft that it would hamper girth gains, and doesn't need to be taken off periodically for circulation.

Other thing would be to look at doing some Arginine Alpha-KetoGlutarate (AAKG) a couple of times per day (that'd be about 4 grams total), and maybe also some Citrulline Malate once a day (heaping scoop, imo, that'd be about 3 grams total). After two or three days this will usually cause people a constant semi, a big change in their flaccid hang, and erection qualities that'll drive railroad spikes. It's easy to overpay for them. Get them in kegs of powder (not pills or tablets) from places like Bodybuilding.com, Swansonvitamins.com, and Purebulk.com . ArginineAKG has a more obvious direct effect on flaccid hang (imo) even though a lot of it is destroyed in the gut. If you're going to pick one .. pick AAKG. Citrulline survives the gut better and lasts longer in the body and probably has a superior effect on EQ but not as much of a change in flaccid hang. Both, being vasodilators, increase bloodflow in the body and can help speed up healing from .. anything .. PE, working out, brain strokes, ... etc. There are great threads on all of this here already if someone can post the links.

Bathmate hardcore stretches work very well. You just need to be consistent when doing it. I know someone who has gained more than 1 inch in length from doing the bathmate hardcore stretches. It is something I want to start doing too.

Such a great exercise and it pulls out so much internal penis.
