I just wanted to share a small victory for me. I have by no means won the war but war is won thru small victories, right? Anyway, I got my SG in April this year and was not able to really start wearing it til the first of May, I also started doing stretch exercises which was the basic stretch routine with the DLD blasters. When I first started wearing it I was using the standard set up with the 1" extra bar. After about a week I was able to add the 1/2" bar. It started off being a pretty tense stretch because when I would put it on it would immediately pull it down to the last mark on the bar. After about an hour to an hour and a half it would gradually go back up but not all the way. Well about a couple of weeks ago it was at the point when I would put it on I would have to adjust the bars almost all the way out just to get any tension on it so I took off the 1" bar and the 1/2 " bar and put on the 2" bar. It was tight at first and took a little hard of a pull to get it on but I was able to wear it for an hour before I had to recirculate. But over the last couple weeks it to has gotten easier to put on as well. Haven't really had to make any bar adjustments yet but I can strap it on and pull it up on the bars with ease now. Now I haven't gained anything visually on erect length but I can definitely tell my dick stretches out so much easier and longer from when I started a couple of months ago and I believe that's where it starts. Also want to note I have been using the Penomet again and when I had quit using it for awhile (back in January) I was pumping to the 7" mark after about 15 minutes of pump now when I put it on and take it to full pump it immediately goes to just past the 7 1/2" mark on the tube. I know this might not mean much to some but like I said in the title it's a small victory for me and let's me know I'm headed in the right direction. Happy 4th everybody. Stretch on!

So happy for you! You are seeing a HUGE victory, flaccid stretched gains are an exact mirror of our future gains. Plus, seeing your penis in the tube 1/2" longer is pretty concrete business that your penis is larger, period. Don't question it, just praise the Lord you got it! I will be watching your progress closely, please continue to update us.
 
Thanks DVD for your encouragement. I will definitely update as progress comes and ask questions if I get stuck. Hey I know you and Lightning are busy but have you all talked about doing that video for the SRT DLD BLASTER? I would really like to incorporate that into my routine but just can't get the visual I need to make know I'm doing it right. Just hoping it doesn't get forgot about. The video would be a great asset. Thanks again.

I was gonna suggest incorporating the DLD Blasters into your routine after reading your first post. They're actually pretty simple to do.

The first step is to exhaust your pelvic floor muscles. This is done by stretching your shaft in an upward stretch and performing 100 quick kegels in succession.

When you've counted 100 quick kegels you go directly into the A-Stretch, meaning you place your wrist in front of you as if you're looking at an invisible watch, and then you place the base of your shaft over your wrist, with the rest of the penis wrapping around the wrist.

With your free hand grip below the glans and pull in one direction, then do a hard kegel and hold it for a 5 second count. Release the kegel and then do a reverse kegel for a 5 second count. Do as many of these as you can.

You'll start to feel a stretch from both ends of the shaft. Use your own body weight to pull your pelvis back for more of a stretch.


And that's it. Your arms will most likely get tired after a few reps, so you can always switch arms/hands. You know you've done it correctly when your whole flaccid feels/looks stretched out.

Unfortunately I knew how to do these, I meant to ask about the SRT "SIZE" Blasters, the new exercise DLD introduced back in May of this year. I was really hoping to see a video on that one. Again I apologize for the miss print but maybe your detailed description can help others as well if they read this post.

This video has not been shot yet but we will be shooting it on our next filming. What part do you not understand and I will try to explain it to you?

Yeah, going back and re-reading your first post I now see that you mentioned you do DLD Blasters. How did I miss that on the first read? ...I must've been high. ah well, hopefully the description does help others who haven't tried them yet.

Hey DLD I went back and reread your post (all of it) on this exercise, actually a couple of times. The one thing I was missing was being erect while doing it, so I'm going to try it again. Still be glad to see the video though.

Yes, you want to be as erect as possible, the harder you are the more you can expose and the more you expose the bigger you will become!
