I have an idea that ive actually been doing this month. In short, if you want to target your ligs we stretch at a somewhat low angle and reverse kegal.
Heres what ive been doing,
Kegal hard and while holding this squeeze slowly pull your dick up to your belly button. You should feel your Ischo, Bulbus, and lower corpus in an intense stretch. To me it feels like im pulling the muscles out of my body. Not only that, but you know the feeling you get when pull your foot up behind your ass and stretch your quad muscle in order to become more flexible, this is the same stretch feeling you get in your lower dick.
Just an idea, if someone can prove me right or wrong it would be good. But i will post my personal gains on "TEAM SPRING" at the end of the month, so we'll see.
