This exercise is very simple and will kickstart the gains for every hardgainer out there.Your penis will be forced to grow in order to survive.

The Exercise :

Stand up and get in the final position of the __________ stretch as described here >> http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...The-__________-Stretch-As-Named-By-Blue-Whale

Now simply put the opposite arm(V-shaped) on the extreme base of the penis beneath the arm holding the __________ stretch = your skin between your thumb and the index finger should be the spot where you are applying downward stretch.

Now at the same time with the right arm apply the regular __________ stretch and with the opposite arm(forming a V) apply downward stretch at the same time.

Imagine you want to rip your penis appart thats what your intention should be(methaphoricly).

If you do the exercise right you will instantly feel incredible pain inside your penis as a result of the stretching force beeing applyed to your tunica,your bulb and the inside of your penis around the anus and underneath the balls.

Enoy your big penis.

Lol seriously, jokes aside just tried this and it is a ridiculously good stretch. Been neglecting length since I started Penis Enlargement, but my new girth makes my penis look shorter in comparison. Going to start a new intense length routine, and will be definitely including this as an upgrade to the old style __________ Stretch. (along with BTC rotaries, Hardcore Bathmates and possibly sock stretches)

Victory shall be mine :D
 
Did this incorporation with my regular routine. Talk about intense. Really good exercise, will be using it.

Thank you Blue Whale, how long and how many sets would you recommend i work up to for maximum gains? Do you still feel onc can gain an inch in a month with this one if done properly?

Just follow the instructions for __________ V-stretch variation as i described it or use the search button for normal V-Stretch explanation ad then just combine the 2 stretches together.

Do as much sets as you can while maintaining 100% intensity as far as stretching force is concerned anything below that is ineffective and is just an aerobic workout for your penis and will not "provoke" adaptation mechanism response from the organism and will not produce gains.

As far as exact gains are concerned its almost impossible to tell.Its a individual thing and many factors and variables play in the final outcome but most important thing is to know that "you" hold the key to the gates of succes its just a matter of putting hours and hours of heavy duty grinding work no ifs no buts about it.

i'm not 100% sure how to do this, but i did my own version and stuck my left hand's palm at the very base of my penis while doing the stretch and pushed down hard. it gave me an incredible stretch and hurt really good
 
BUMP. I know that some will find this through BW's ultimate length routine thread that has recently been bumped but all these great, innovative exercises need to be kept upto date. And that's coming from me who doesn't do anything more extreme than basic stretching yet :)
 
Two bad that more people didnt try this exercise.Its really a matter of survival for the penis with this exercise.Adapt or be torn out.Simple as that.
