As the title reads tonight was my 1st time super setting with the Bathmate. I Did 175 jelq's...then 10minutes in the Bathmate....then 100 jelq's.....then another 10 minutes in the Bathmate. I have mixed feelings about this. 1 Positive thing that happened is that i have absolutely 0 fluid retention. When i mean none...i mean none lol. Only problem is....when i came out of the Bathmate...i was only .5 bigger then my EG. This is the one thing that i am curious about. Normally when i go 20mins straight thru...i get to be at least an inch bigger in girth from my normal stats. I go from 5.5-6.5 or even to 6.7. So im wondering if doing this super set is worth it. Is it better to expand to an inch above normal...even though .5 of it is FR...or is it better to expand .5 above normal, and have 0 FR?
 
and to add....its been about a half an hour and i've returned to my normal size. Its almost like i didn't do it at all......

Keep at it and in a couple weeks/months it will. Its a good routine remain consistent and you will reap the benefits.

so you feel it is better then just pumping straight through the 20mins....even tho i get more expansion with straight pumping?

If you don't think you're getting enough expansion do an extra pump session. Personally I feel like it would be better to have the whole inch expansion even though some of it is FR because after a while your penis will start adjusting to that size. Have you ever pumped 20min and then done 300-600 jelqs? But you should be doing fine with the super setting, try playing with both ways and see which one you personally like better. For 7 days do the super sets and the next week do a full 20min and when you find your place make that your routine.
 
well the thing is ive been doing the 20mins straight since march....so i figured i would give the super sets a shot. I love that i have 0 Fluid retention, but hate that im losing that .5inch expansion. Maybe tonight ill do the 300 jelq's, 20mins straight, then another 300 jelq's. Im just hoping it wont cause to much FR because i have moved my length to 1st thing in the morning doing an hour in the SG...and if i have fluid retention it makes it impossible to strap in comfortably.
 
One session will do little than give you temporary gains, any Penis Enlargement will take time to see permanent results. The reason you are seeing less expansion is because you have no fluid retention so the expansion you are getting is total tissue expansion (the reason the two are combined, Bathmate and Jelq). Yes, it feels great to have all that fluid making the penis look massive but fluid is not tissue. Stick with the routine as many others have and you will make gains, guaranteed.

Expecting it to stick after one session is kind of like working out your arms, getting expansion, and thinking that is all you need:) To build something, something so valuable, it takes time and effort.
 
alright. I mean....i gave the Bathmate 3months and at least 4xs a week doing 20mins straight...so i guess i could switch it to this for a month to see if any gains stay permanent
 
Does fluid retention slow permanent gains? What is the major drawbacks to having fr? It does suck but I can't seem to kick the fr. I wish I could figure it out. Anyways good job getting it figured out!

I think that if u do like 200 jelq's 1st...then do the Bathmate for 10mins...then do 100 jelq's...then go back in the Bathmate for another 10 u should be good. The 2nd 10mins are extremely hard for me....with each pump....its feels like a different kind of expansion then just going in for the straight 20. I am literally crawling out of my skin to get it off but i suck it up and keep it on for the 10 mins. Im guessing that its harder because its straight blood being circulated.

Not at all, it increases gains, particularly in skin stretch. The biggest drawback is the user believes it to be a gain and when it leaves he becomes discouraged. It is "part" of the gaining process. Now, even when their is massive fluid retention there is also internal tissue expansion (the part you really want to expand), it is equal to that of jelqing or any other girth process. It is only a different method. The benefit of the combination of using the Bathmate with the Jelq (any variety) is exactly what you reported, a half inch of tissue expansion. That is FUCKING AMAZING! Tissue expansion, on a continuous basic, will eventually permanently, deform the erectile tissue and your size will become that half-inch larger.

Pumping in the Bathmate for 5 hours and coming out 2" fatter is not reality! It is a simple swelling, largely fluid trapped below the dermal layer at the tunica. There will be tissue expansion during this process but it is not necessary to pump at those levels. You can get the same growth working smarter and those gains will come much faster. I have been in the Penis Enlargement game for many years and I have tried many methods of enlargement. I have written endless exercises and routines and I know what works best. The Bathmate - Jelq combination is reality. The post work out expansion is mostly tissue expansion and to see a half inch is amazing! In the girth game 1/2 inch is gold, it is a very big gain. My Total Routine strongly advises users to combine the Bathmate with the Slow Squash Jelq for many reasons. but perhaps I should explain it in more detail it will be better understood.

10 Minutes in the Bathmate at 100% Erect at maximum pressure (penis should subside to about 90% but no lower). This means pumping out as much water as you can and keeping that pressure for the full ten minutes. If you start to lose pressure, use your head, pump the Bathmate until pressure is at optimum level. If you are not able to go this long or you feel it is too much pressure you can simply reduce how much water you pump out and/or you can make the set 5 minutes. Why are you pumping first? When the penis is being pumped pressure is being stressed on all layers of the penis in an almost reverse process to that of traditional jelqing (and the like.) From the inside, the blood is pumped against the walls of the erectile tissue, largely the corpus cavernosum, two sponge-like regions of erectile tissue which contain most of the blood in the penis during penile erection, located on either side of the shaft. As the blood is pumped through this tissue via the Bathmate amazingly powerful, yet gentle method of hydropumping, the expanding spongy tissue presses against a surrounding dense tissue called the tunica (tunica-albuginea). As the head or glans expands you are actually looking at the Tunica at it's thinest point! The glans of the penis, the expanded cap of the corpus spongiosum, remains more malleable during erection because its tunica albuginea is much thinner than elsewhere in the penis.1 The bodies natural response to such great pressure is to retain fluid to protect the ever expanding tissue, veins, skin, etc. At around ten minutes, for me, I feel I have reached the point of perfect reverse tissue expansion via the Bathmate. At this point I go on to the next ten minutes.

10 Minutes Slow Squash Jelq. After the penis has been primed in the Bathmate it is now ready to be Slowly Squashed:) Any dermal, fluid retention present will be quickly be dispersed throughout the penis evenly as the SSJ ability to put stress, equally, along the lateral lines of the erectile tissue demand that not only all fluid, but all blood be equally and evenly dispersed. With force and strong dual-compression, the Slow Squash Jelq expand the penis from the outside in! If you watch the Slow Squash Jelq Video you will see how the dual-compression externally forses the internal tissue against itself from the lower hand against the upper hand. The power of the compression is two-fold to that of jelqing as opposite forces are pressing against one another. When you start to roll that squeeze pressure becomes even greater to the point veins are popping out and your shaft looks like it is ready to explode! BEAUTIFUL TISSUE EXPANSION. Do this for ten minutes and that is a set. If your feeling randy do another set and that is a perfect girth workout.

It is the combination of the two very different and opposite methods of girth training that make the Bathmate/Slow Squash Jelq so incredible. I have always GUARANTEED guys will gain using the DLD Total Routine, it is my best routine ever and every guy who has used it has gained.
 
i remember reading some where that fluid retention is actually good for the penis... dont know where the fucc that was tho.

i always thought even tho once the fluid retention is gone your dicc goes bacc to the same size,that while its there itd really motivate you.

kinda giving you a preview of what your diccs gonna look like when its big.
 
Well I had believed for some reason that retention held pressure on the tunica and kept it from expanding to its potential. I don't know if I read that or just dreamed it up? My problem is after 5 min of Bathmate im ok but it seems like as I ssj it pushes the thin layer of fr to the end where it causes the donut. The next 5 I get a good amount of fr but when I jelq again pushes to the head. I've always done a dry jelq where my hand doesn't actually go over the skin of my penis but bunches it up. Maybe im jelqing wrong. I can't download the videos because the only internet access I have is a damn cell phone! On the positive side the donut is like 6.25 in girth LMAO and it usually is gone in a few (over nigh) hours.
 
Can anyone tell me one big reason why fluid retention is bad and why you guys don't like it? From what I've read and everything in my research it doesn't hurt right? I can only imagine it being a side effect of course from pumping with the Bathmate but also it can show you the potential of what you can achieve for gains? Am I being way off base with this stuff? I keep reading more and more guys wanting to get the FR down? Why??? Hell if anything, the way I think about it, it would be helping to stretch the penis and get you gains quicker?

Call me stupid or something... and by the way this was not meant to bash anyone on their threads or this thread.... just want to get more insight on why this seems to be deemed a bad thing when using the Bathmate?

I tried several different ways to use the Bathmate without getting fr. The only thing that kinda helps is jelqing and clamping before a Bathmate session. Or just expanding the tissue before using the Bathmate. That and using the Bathmate at low pressure for an hour straight.
