hey DLDizzle my nizzle, when i do the slow squash, when i push my palm into my head it makes a wierd crackling sound, no pain or no discomfort tho. you think slow squash is betetr then constrictors?

i would liek for ppl to post their results and how long it took them to getr esults once they imcorporated the slow squash

I do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s clamped as well. I try them with Cialis and sometimes feel like I am going to pop its that intense.
 
I can still grip while clamped. I grip either just above or just below the clamp. I notice if I grip above then I get 10% more pump while doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].
 
I've been doing a variation of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for months now. I have batters dick, by choice, and squash the upper shaft more than the whole to keep the glans and shaft wider than the base. It really works. I kinda like my the heavy head and narrower base. It lends to better flaccid hang IMO.

Bigt, ALL girth exercises gave me better flaccid hang. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] are just accentuating my assets. So focused Pe is the catalyst and batters dick is the result.
When I first started getting results from Pe years ago I noticed that I was getting better results with Uli's and squeezes toward the head than with anything else. The gains are immediate, you will realize them after your first session. How long for them to stick is the real question:D I gained .25" permanently from these. I was always close to .5-.7 above my normal girth post workout. On my last break where I did absolutely nothing for 5-7 weeks (? can't remember:)) and at the end of the break I took a girth measurement and .25" stuck.
 
This thread combined with the pics DLD posted of how to do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSj[/words] properly (I was doing it slightly wrong, but a HUGE difference in intensity) inspired me to hit these again today, and I am very pleased with the difference I'm feeling. I will be adding these back into my recently revised routine.

man i low this slow squash except i use my hand differently. i find it easier to ok grip at base then squash not the way it sin the video where the ok grip it done frm the top. i do a jelq ok grip with my finegr tips touchin on the left side
 
These are now a part of my regular girth routines. I do a mix of them and short jelqs, no set number of either exercise, just mix it up the whole 30-45 minutes I work girth and the pump I get is incredible. Like when I've worked girth in the past, my pumps stick around for many hours after a session. I hit girth today for example, and about 9 hours later my erect girth....hard girth...not spongy at all was still up a solid 1/4" over what it would normally be.

Like I told you last night, it is going to be difficult for me to develop a girth exercise for phase 6 because these are close to the perfect girth exercise. I have the same results as you and it seems most guys, who try these, do.
 
Yep, hopefully more guys who are truly serious about making big girth gains will start to see the light on these. They're now what I consider a vital part of my girth routine. I'm not blowing smoke up anyones' ass either, or just saying these things for DLD's benefit. They truly are an excellent addition to my routine, and not something I will stop doing.

I tried a few of those slow squash jelqs at the end of my regular jelq session, and I dunno, man. Maybe I need to do more of them to fully get the hang of it. I'm pretty sure I did it right, though. It feels kinda weird.

It feels like I'm crunching my length shorter in order to make my girth expand. Hopefully these will make you gain girth faster than you lose length.

They do feel a little different than what I'm used to.

What makes these better than horse squeezes?
 
I feel more of the pressure from "Horse Squeezes" in my lower chamber on the bottom. With the SSJs, its more uniform expansion.

try this instead

I had to modify and if its ok with DLD I'd like to suggest an alternative way to do them

I have very strong forearms, I do lots of weight lifting and can do 400lb deadlifts with no grips or anything, but I for the life of me cannot hold a grip longer than 30 secs doing these SSJs

So what did I do? Instead of grabbing it like your going to do a ULI, try grabbing it like ur doing a basic Jelq, the fact that my hands are upright gives me alot more added strength to not only hold this grip but to force my hand up against my hand compressing downward

and they work like this, this is the best Idea I can give u

say you have an empty can of soda right and its standing up on the pavement
now u go over and stomp on it
the can cannot go anywhere up and down because its under compression, so where can the can go? It expands in diameter
youll notice that the can is now wider and girthier (not sure thats a word)
This is exaclty what ur doing with your penis when u work it with SSJs the only difference is that u are not going to be permananently shorting your penis because its elastic, but you will be expand your thickness cause thats how your stretching it with this exercise

I've been doing them for 3 wks now 6 days on/one off. I'm only wanting to gain girth right now. I don't do the recommended 20 sets, I've got to build up to that. Right now I'm at 10. I also work on my width.

When I do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] I feel a lot of pressure. My workouts are good, but after I'm done my flaccid state doesn't look that much different. It feels pumped but it doesn't look pumped. Unlike when I'm in a semi-erect state I can see a difference in the girth of my penis. Is this normal?

A set could take anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes (even longer), depends on how much endurance your hands can take.

As long as you see results in your semi erect to erect state there isnt anything to worry about. I notice a difference in my flaccid but I dont think it is a rule. As far as how long they will take to see results, everyone varies. So there is no good answer for that one.

How are people doing with this exercise? Have not seen this thread in a while and wanted to catch up on peoples gains.

I used to do these daily, but I feel that the isolated compression squeeze is just a tad bit better. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s are good, but I think the IC'S are excellent, my dick seems much more engorged with blood after these. I combine IC'S with 2- 15 minute sets of clamping. We'll see how it goes, but I got a good feeling about this.
 
I have been doing these in the past and I am so confident that these will make my girth gains easy I am just concentrating on length at the moment. When I did them the expansion was phenominal and although a lot of it was fluid build up I gained permanent girth in a very short time. The only thing about these is you need the trained hands of a shaolin monk as the lactic build up in your hands and forearms is a killer. I rate these number one for girth.
 
i'm using these in a routine where i am also wet jelqing and clamping for a certain period of time...after my session i am really thick...i believe they are working well with the conjunction with my other exercises

I notice that my dick doesn't get as many spots when I do these all the pressure seems directed inside my dick. The thing is..when I release the grip my dick goes back to normal and I don't notice any temp gains after I'm done pe'ing.>:(

All and all I like these because not even when I do uli's or horses are my chambers so swelled up as when I do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]. I don't get nearly as many supefical red and blue dots. But I do get feel soreness in my chambers from the stretch width ways.
