Yes we had to hire another company to come in and redo all the links on the forum. It is a very long and expensive job so please be patient and understand we’re doing the best we can and it’s costing a lot of money but in the end it’ll all be worth it

For how long did you train length before switching back to girth work?

Good question I have been training length more than girth , I was having both LM ROUTINE and girth routine it was fine.. But Im "understanding " what I'm doing. I have to get my LM ROUTINE back and Im having my girth routine when I get the Mityvac again.
