Hey guys/girls,

I thought I would officially write and introduce myself. I just learned about the site 3 weeks ago and thought it was a joke at first. I found you guys from youtube after researching enlargement. I found DLD to be a a straight up cat so I came to the site. I read a lot and kept reading (all 32 pages of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]) and then popped around to the rest of the site. All I can say is I am very impressed. I appreciate everyones input and the way everyone wants to help.

I have never done anything as far as pe, didnt know it existed, didnt believe it when I first starting reading it. I have an excitement now I never thought could happen. I now have the knowledge and the help I need to make gains.

I am mid 30's, 5' 10" and about 195 lbs( former amateur bodybuilder,way former lol...) . I did my initial measurements on the 12 day of June. I did it for bp and non bp erect and flaccid stretched bone pressed. I have pretty good girth and want to focus on length for the first few months and then see where it goes.

I have been stretching using DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], I do the kegals but havent done the jelqs very often. I have stretched every night for at least 45 minutes. I did the up,straight,down and btc routine with the cranks on the first three. I worked my way into it as it is a bit overwhelming at first, feels odd, never done anything with my willy like this before, kinda afraid I would rip it off or damage myself. Anyway, I am used to it now and have added some "a " stretches into the mix and last night I began watching a movie on my laptop, layed down and stretched for 2 hours, no joke, held them so long, when I finally did let go, my fingers were locked and I had to straighten them with other hand (ouch) I did the btc lying down on my back (like I do all my stretches) and I did those for about 30 min, makes them easier because I can lie on my hand which keeps the tension very strong. I got up after the movie and my dick looked all wrinkled up like an 80 yr old man, a bit odd at first. I decided to edge for a little bit and after I did, I had to measure myself again. This is the first measurement since the day I started. I GAINED 1/4 inch in all areas, bpel, nbpel and bpsfl !!! I COULDNT FUCKING believe it. I have really hit the stretches hard and I guess it is paying off. I hope its not too much ?? I am so motivated, I just cant tell you how much. I wrapped my penis in an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and went to sleep. I woke up this morning and took the bandage off and my flaccid hang looked longer. Be sure not to sleep with the strap on, it could effect blood flow. It can be used all day as you can check for good blood flow.

I wore it last night for 3 hours, day before for 2 hours and today I am hitting 4 hours. It does take some time to get used to and to get the wrapping right. I like it, it isnt an intense stretch like manual stretches but it keeps me about 7 .2 stretched and I am that erect so it should be working fine. I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] last night and it was kinda scary. I pumped it up and my girth seemed to fill the tube almost completely, I am sure its an optical illusion from the plastic and the water but I took it off after 5 minutes and relaxed. I played with it a bit and decided I would read more about time and exercises before I hurt myself. Seems to work really good though. I feel my penis is getting bigger (stats prove it) and I only measure at complete rock hard time so the measurements arent skewed by EQ. I find myself still shocked that I have gained this quickly however I am stretching manually about 1 to 2 hours (newbie routine) nightly. I guess being single and living alone makes all the difference as I couldnt imagine how difficult it would be if I had girlfriend living here or family. I can walk around with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on and sit down and eat with just my boxers on. I am now doing both, warm up in the bath, use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], stretch like crazy, and then I get out and stretch manually. Afterwards, I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size genetics[/words] and wear it about 4 hours a day with a 5 or 10 min break. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] does take some getting used to, just to get the length right, adjusted correctly and the wrap the way I like it. I have a certain way I wrap that works pretty well now, I may share it on the main board to see if others could benefit from it. I am staying steady and strong with this routine and I will measure again August 13, two months exactly since I first decided to take this on. I am hoping to have gained 3/4 of an inch by Aug 13.

Thanks Dld, I couldnt wait so I measured on the 13 of July, one month exactly. I would like to include pics but dont know how to add them. I measured again and I have gained again. My measurements are dead accurate as I am very particular and do it completely bone pressed and it fucking hurts I push so hard EVERY time.My EQ is always the exact same or as dead close as I can get, I get so fucking hard a cat couldnt scratch my dick and then quickly measure, I do the same every measurement to be as exact as I can. I measured bpfsl and hit 7 12/16 inches, thats another 6/16th of an inch in two weeks which makes it 10/16 of an inch in 4 weeks ! I next measured bpel 7 6/16 of an inch, another 1/4 inch and a total of 1/2 inch bone pressed in 4 weeks. Finally I measured nbpel and it came in at 6 and 13/16 of an inch or a gain of 3/16 of an inch and 7/16 of an inch in 4 weeks. It could be a half inch even but without the bone pressed to measure exactly, I decided to go with a sixteenth less to be extra fair to myself. I did Dld's newbie stretches for the first two weeks and that was it. I jelqed twice in the two weeks. I still do my newbie stretches daily and am very happy with the results. I have been very steady and thorough with the program and hope to hit 8 inches bone pressed by Aug 13th. I am very thankful for this site and everyones help. I would like to post pics if someone can show me how to upload them from my computer. I have starting measurements and two weeks measurements and the current ones as well, all stamped with the dates(more for my benefit to help remember my previous stats and for newbies to see so they know you can achieve if you put the work in. I hear or read a lot about guys that have gained 1 or 2 or 3 inches and wish they had taken pics from the beginning. I didnt want to make that mistake so thanks for mentioning it as I probably wouldnt have done it either. I will keep on keeping on til I get that non bone pressed 9 inches bitches.... :)

I am doing the stretches exercises with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. My routine has been very consistent. I warm up in the bath, slip on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 10 minutes of wear and do the stretches, take it off, 3 min horse squeeze, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] back on 10 min with stretching, another 3 min horse squeeze or whatever its called. I then go to room and lie down and stretch manually for at least 20 min and up to 2 hours depends on the day and what I am doing. I switch hands and am getting a very intense pull now. I feel the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] has increased my manual stretching because the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches are fuckin intense so my manuals feels light. I am careful but I am going for mine so I am pulling some penis out. After I am finished, I am fatigued down there, I can feel it where before I really couldnt (although I gained) so I feel this will net some good gains. I wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] immediately after manual stretches, I can get another rod on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] because my penis is soo pliable at this point. I usually wear it for an hour and then a 10 min break and then for another hour. Occasionally I will get 3 hours but not an everyday thing. I sometimes do some edging for about 20 min about every other day or so. Anyway, I think I have a good routine that will give me some good gains. If I dont( and I will !) get to my 9 inch non bone pressed, it wont be for lack of effort I can fucking promise that Mike. I have been hitting the exact same method as before. I am getting about 45 min manual stretching, 20 min total [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], and two to three hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size genetics[/words]. I have been getting a real good stretch on this [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] but it is difficult to wear for me. I have a few pics I can post of it on, pretty intense looking stretch. I bpfsl myself tonight and I almost pulled the head of my dick off..lol but I did get to exactly 8 inches ! Thats 14/16 of an inch in about 5 weeks total and an increase of 1/4 inch since last week, not too fucking shabby. I think my real goal for the next month (Aug 13 ) is another half inch in in bone pressed and half inch non bone pressed. I am very surprised of the gains I have made thus far. I figured as I started that if I could gain a half inch by the end of the year I would be happy so this is a welcome surprise.
 
been hitting it the same way for every day except Saturday. I had to travel up north and it was a long drive. I have deep tinted windows and had a towel covering me but I was consistent for a few hours. I wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for an hour tonight after stretching and then did some edging. I am feeling really good about where I am headed. I am totally focused on length as my girth was naturally at 5 12/16 and after I get to say 8 inches non bone pressed, I may start hitting girth stuff to get to 6 plus. I guess I am doing some girth work with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] by default but it gives me a great stretch for length so if I gain that way so be it. I believe I will wait until the 13th of August to measure. If I can maintain my newbie gains like I have, I should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 3/4 of an inch in 3 months. I would be thrilled with that. I want to be at 8 inches bone pressed by the end of the year and at 7 1/2 non bone pressed too. I will reach these goals by staying focused and dedicated like I have. Results fuel my excitement and my motivation. I know the gains slow down eventually and they become more difficult to get so I am going to try to get all I can out of the newbie gains as I possibly can. Keeping this journal is good for me too, lets me see where I was, not to mention my pics I have taken.

Stick to your old routine as much as you can, if you like you can add some different stretches. Slower gaining is still gaining, try to be patient and not to lose focus of your goal. You are doing great!
 
If your gains are starting to slow you can do one of two things, step up the intensity of the current workout or change to a new workout (or a modified version of the one you have). The newbie stretches are excellent but the penis can grow used to them and a more intense stretch is needed. You can look into DLD Blasters, Sock Stretches, Foot Long Stretches, etc.
