I think that it is quite possible that DLD is an X-man. I just haven't said anything before because I didn't want to start another conspiracy thread. Let's keep quiet about this. ;)

I think that it's a great idea and will almost certainly improve gains but I think that is not totally necessary to make gains. i.e. it is possible to make gains without doing [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. :)
 
before we get the DLD is a super genetic freak idea going again you guys might want to find out just how driven and obsessed DLD was with his goals for the first 2 years of his Penis Enlargement career.

When a person totally focuses on an idea and then goes to work, things happen. I'll bet the guy was going at it for at least 4 hours a day and if I'm close to being right then it just shows how positive consistent effort is.

Motlissof is another one that comes to mind. He stretched every single day for 15 min and look at his length gains.

Individuals that refuse to be denied of their goals rarely are...due to their hard work.

No, sorry. You are wrong. It's much simpler than that. DLD's dick has grown because he is an X-Man though he doesn't like to admit it.

His other powers include getting rid of body fat extremely quickly and flying.

I haven't done very much of either, certainly not enough to promote gains, and everything I have gained can be attributed to stretching.
 
I think the appeal of hanging is that it allows you to have your hangs free. It allows you to multitask. While I hang I will read, work on homework, surf the net, etc. Since your arms can pull with greater force than hanging 10 or 15, what weights do is go with the theory that less weight (force) over a longer period of time can yield similar results as great force over sort amount of time.

Hanging is not a requirement... I've made 80% of my length gains from manual stretches so far, only 5 times (day routines) have I actually hung weight and that was after my manual exercises..

I don't mean to knock the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] concept, as I have one myself, but I don't think it's nearly as effective as stretching or hanging.

I think alot of other guys over due it big time. when i get to the point, if ever, that i have to start hanging weights and using Penis Enlargement devices under my pants to work, and jelq or clamping for hours.....thats when im done. I will never ever do that type of shit, too extreme
I finsh everything(Penis Enlargement) for the day in 45-50 mins, then im done,
 
I stretch for well over an hour each day and clamp for 30minutes. I changed up my stretching routine and I think I'm finally getting out of this plateau (I hope).

your lucky that you have started off big, for some people who want to grow beyond the newbie gains they have to stretch/hang for a much longer time just to see results

Well I think you will start hanging or using devices if others start seeing major gains. Its a drug this Penis Enlargement.

"All Day Stretching" I'm still not entirely sure how it would work, but apparently you put some sort of a machine or contraption in your pants that stretches out your tool all day long while you're at work or school or at Starbuck's.
 
My initial gains came from a desire to attain a bigger penis that was so strong motivation and tenacity were in great supply. I trained everyday with vigor and determination. Am I a freak because of my gains, adding an additional 2" in my 3rd and 4th year in addition to the 2" I gained in the first 2?
