i will update this mostly for my own sake, but also for yours. I might have some questions, and i might post some pics, we will see.

Im mostly here for length gains because im already quite thick, i will post my routine soon.

My current (starting) stats:

BPFSL: 19cm / 7,5"
BPenis EnlargementL: 18cm / 7,1"
NBPenis EnlargementL: 17cm / 6,7"
EG: 15,5cm / 6,1"
 
Ok, here we go, my routine, remember, this is a beginner routine, so nothing fancy or too much volume yet:

Stretching:

Holding by the glans:
Straight out: 30 sec
BTC left side of scrotum: 30 sec
BTC right side of scrotum: 30 sec
Straight up: 30 sec
Up left: 30 sec
Up right: 30 sec

My own hold (penis folded back over thumb when in a ok grip (very powerful)) Click for details!
Straight out: 30 sec
Straight out to the left: 30 sec
Straight out to the rights: 30 sec

Down: 30 sec
Down left: 30 sec
Down right: 30 sec

Then i usually cool down with some rotary stretches by the glans and similar stuff.

ULI:
3 sets of 30 seconds

PC work:
150 fast kegels
75 5second kegels with 2 seconds rest between
1 minute PC hold (kegel held for 1 minute basically)

Seems to work nice for me, definately feel the stretches for long time after, but no pain.

What do you guys think?
 
Looks good to me. I would add some jelqs maybe around the Uli. The Uli is a pretty intense girth exercise, I would look at a short jelq session prior as like a "girth warmup". Say 25-50 to start?

Are you doing this everyday?
 
Todays session went great, with only one complication: i have a blue mark on my shaft, but its just in the movable skin, not the actual inner penis. Should I worry?

Also, forgot to tell you guys, im taking L-arginine 5g daily.

My goal is to be 20cm (7.9") BPFSL by the end of this month, so where talking about 1cm or ~0,5" in 2 weeks.

My longer term goal is to be 20cm BPenis EnlargementL by the end of the year, which is 2cm or ~0.8" in 6½ weeks. Tough, but i think i can do it. No, I KNOW i can do it! ;)
 
Great workout today! Added some jelks as you said Deagle. I haven't measured, but i can feel im growing. I already look bigger when hard and when im masturbating i don't really recognize my penis! I now it sound funny, but it feels different. In a great way ;)

Another good routine today, a little pain just where the glans connects to the penis since yesterday, but didn't feel to bad during stretching.. Thinking of upping the volume a little.. maybe i should wait? I just started.. but i want GAINS! :)

I figured out my overall goal now.. it's 8,5" NBP or 21,5cm... the same length as a wide kitchen paper towel roll.. as of my girth, im happy with my 6"+, but a little more doesn't hurt.

Yes i am, everything is bigger in the US as they say!

So rolls in my country are 8,5" and that's the same as my desired length, and rolls in your country are 11" and that's your current length, do I see a pattern here? ;)
 
Due to some pain in the ligaments i didn't stretch that much today, instead I added 300 wet jelqs after a nice long warmup and did my regular 3 ULI's. I will also do all the PC-work from my routine.

Hopefully back to stretching tomorrow! Or, Im GONNA be back stretching tomorrow!
 
Back to stretching today, feels good, no pain or anything. I tweaked my routine a little after reading a little more on these splendid forums, so I post the new routine here. What I did really was adding some jelqing and some more stretches. I also adjusted the order of some stretches and added some more PC-work.

Stretching:

Holding by the glans:

Feels better this way, i will continue with this until Dec 1st and then i will probably up the volume a little.

What do you guys think, should I add more stretches or more time on each stretch?
 
This looks like an incredible routine. I want to better understand your new exercise but I can't get my head around it, if you could help explain better or illustrate somehow. Also, I thought you were using a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in your routine, I did not see it mentioned in your routine.

I don't have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], Im thinking of getting one, but though my girth is already 6.1" i will wait and see what happens, i guess it's a nice problem, but i don't know how thick i want to get :P

I made a drawing about my stretch, hope it explains it, i can tell you right now, im not an artist... :s

It's actually trapping blood in the top part of the penis, but due to the fold, it doesn't build up a big pressure in that part.
The stretch is very powerful, and I can use almost all my strength when stretching, with two hands that is.

Good stretch, girth and PC work today, my PC is actually quite sore, but i think it's all good!

Im having some believing problems today, thinking that maybe im not gaining and wasting my time, but then i read some threads of people gaining and Im trying to get back to the right mindset.

Guess it's gonna be better after my 1cm gain in 9 days ;)

Ahhh, what a session!

Great stretches, it really felt good! Went at it with high intensity, and i also added 10 seconds to each stretch and ULI making it 40 second stretches instead, hope it makes a difference. After that a hardcore jelqing session that actually left me with some bruises, but fear not, i still did my ULIs.

Im really looking forward to december first!
