My routine is fairly simple.
10 minute hotwrap
Girth: (performed every other day but sometimes I take the weekends off)
15-20 minutes of clamp work. I dont have a set girth routine. I just go freestyle, randomly doing jelqs, ulis, erect stretches(my favorite), bends, and slow squash jelqs. Whatever I feel like. After Im done with my girth I punch the clown and hit the shower.
Hot Shower
Stretches:(I do these everyday until its too painful then I rest a day or two.)
- 2 straight down
- 2 left/right not sure if there is a name for them but I prop my foot up on a bed or bathtub and pull my penis around my leg and up, then I pull straight back, then down at a 45 degree angle.
- 3 left/right A-stretches
- In between the above stretches I throw in upward stretches and rotary cranks
- Stretches are held 30 to 60 seconds.
10 Minute Hotwrap
Another thing I believe is contributing to my gains is
weight training. I center my routine around mostly heavy compound movements (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc). Studies have shown that placing the body under such stresses causes the release of growth hormones (no idea if these hormones have anything to do with penile growth but it couldn't hurt). Its also increasing my grip and pulling strength so I am progressively adding resistance to my Penis Enlargement workouts (probably the biggest factor). And to top it off I try to eat everything in sight and get 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night. I think all the things above have contributed in some way.
