Hello all,

I've been Penis Enlargement'ing on and off since 2004. I got my start in enlargement via my obsession with 'pumping' to increase the size of my penis. Little did I know, that was not the real way to permanent growth. Since I had a fear of my parents finding out if I had purchased a pump, I resorted to the family vacuum and a homemade tube. Needless to say, I did everything wrong. Fast-forward to 2005 - my first year in college - I searched out a few forums and learned how to Jelq. I used it for a few months with mild gains, my chosen sport in college started and I gave up my favorite hobby. Going forward a few more years I started a combination of pumping (with a real pump), stretching, jelqing, and extending; I gained some and lost some. Finding time to devote to my hobby, again, with school and a serious girlfriend proved to be difficult.

Today, I am married to my longtime girlfriend and working. I work in a laboratory now and wear a long lab coat. Since working, I realized I could use my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at work and no one would know. So, It's been about 5 months and I've been wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for approximately 6-8 hours a day with zero jelqing - until this week (11/19/12). I decided it was time for a more complete penis exercise routine, so I enlisted the aid of the wonderful jelq. We will see what will come of this eventually.

Out of curiosity of the 'belt extension' type [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], I've taken the glans piece of my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PeniMaster[/words] and used it in conjunction with an adjustable gym bag strap. I can seemingly stretch with much more tension and for longer periods of time.

Anyway, my routine will include:
Extending: 8hrs/day (5 days a week)
Jelqing: 10mins/day (4 days a week)
Manual Stretching - 'Curl Stretches' whenever I can and while driving.

I will post pictures of where I started and where I am now.

(11-20-12) Bone-Pressed-Erect-Length : 7.4in
(11-20-12) Mid Girth : N/A

Main goal = Length (9in)

Manual Stretching: +2 hours
Jelqing: 15 minutes

Thanks DLD, much appreciated. My erection strength comes and goes. I've been trying to do more kegels to cause more consistant 'strong' erections.

Notes: I noticed more frequent erections and increased sensitivity on my rest day.

- 15 minutes of Jelqing
- ~2 hours of manual stretching.
Notes: Still need to take girth measurements but it seems I have been making some small gains with the amount of stretching/extending I've been doing.

- 15 minutes of Jelqing
- ~ 3 hours of combined manual stretching.
Notes: I experimented with my stretching today by combining a jelq while I was stretching. Anyone done this before? It's actually quite intense!
 
Thanks, rakas. My immediate goal is to reach 8 inch bpel and a 6.5 inch eg. I have good girth already and dont want too much more but ya cant really pick and choose to not grow in other areas can ya. Haha. My overall goal is to be 9 inches nbpel.

Ive been researching and debating myself with my background in biology and physiology in regards to rest. Ive looked at DLD's view of no rest vs. Having rest periods. Do you or anyone have any comparative results?

Yesterday I was running on fumes as I didn't sleep very well. I've been practicing abstaining from masturbation and haven't found it difficult as my wife loves to have as much sex as we can - as do I. However, She is on her 'period' and we don't usually have sex on that time of the month; so I've gone over a little more than a week without masturbating. Anyway, I have been getting raging erections and have found myself in a euphoric state when this happens and feel like I'm on the verge of ejaculating. Well, this lasted almost the entire night and I couldn't get to sleep... and I did not ejaculate. I was exhausted but noticed that my schwanz was very soft and much girth(ier) and more elastic than normal. Interesting. Today, i took the opportunity to do manual stretching whenever I could. Since I have a long commute to work in the morning - I take that opportunity to grab my unit with a firm grip and stretch outward and hold it or pulse pull; it's fairly easy and not distracting.

The wife and I had sex tonight and holy shit was I hard! It was actually very tight and slow to get it in her. When I pulled out to switch up positions she made a comment about she thinks I might have grown and I looked "thicker and longer than usual!" haha! That made my night - she has no idea that I Penis Enlargement.

What is your current girth?

As for rest days i generally go by the aches/soreness the day afterward, if it's too sore then i take a rest day or two but if not then i push through.

My current girth, although I haven't measured for a long while, was close to a 6in mid erect girth. Time willing I will take measurements tonight.

As per the rest issue, I have been stretching, extending and jelqing without pain or fatigue and have been seeing some incredible results. Most of which I will attribute ro my semi-home-made belt [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. It pulls much harder than my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words], is much more concealable, and much more comfortable.

I measured sitting down and pressed my penis parallel to the floor and made a bpel measurement of 8.0 inches, even. I was insanely excited... I just hope I can reproduce that measurement tonight.

Girth - seems to be fuller and heavier throughout the day. I can definitely tell I have gained a little girth but possibly inflammation.

Flaccid - the guy is looking like a beast. He's hanging low and fat match.

8 is a massive size, You must feel awesome! With the amount of work you are putting in you cetainly deserve it. A big congratulations!

Today im starting my routine once again paying particular attention to warming up before any decent stress is placed on my penis.

No reason to rush a routine, if you feel you are rushing break the routine up into two separate routines, length and girth. If the time is dedicated strictly to length you can really concentrate and focus on what you are doing. Injury, many times, happens out of overzealousness or rushing the routine. Take you time and leave enough space to get a good warm up and progressively make your way to your maximum intensity. The same goes with girth. I think you understand this now and I wish you a better realization of gains.
