WEBB thank you for your response but you haven't had a lig pop yet. but when you do you will be a happy camper. see serious gains come after this light pop. you have very strong suspenary ligaments that hold you cock to your pubic bone. its the same lig they cut in penis enlargement surgery,the same ligs you stretch in Penis Enlargement. your cock wouldn't "pop off" it would hang longer out side the body, ligs grow back when you sleep. Hey joey styles,what up bro!Great idea of this pinching ligs(digging and rotating),I might try soon.Just curious though if the lig pops help in gains then how come you put that it's a disadvantage due to the ligs getting stronger....then is it still worth it to do the exercise?Confused here thats all.Otherwise again great idea.

when the enemy (ligs) get stronger they are harder to strech. which makes gains take longer. the goal is quick gains. but there is no way to slow healing of ligs.

Strange you say this as Jaz was just yelling at me to do the same thing. There must be close to 100 new exercise, methods and ideas now. Just got to get my shit straight over here then I can make the trip to Miami to film.
