As DLD recommended , this is my Routine and Progress thread to get the best help from you in journey to accomplish my goal .
First of all i should tell something about me so you know who you're talking to .
- My name is Andrew , I'm 21 yo . I don't have a job , just playing some videogames daily , I'm 6'1 feet tall and I weigh 180 pounds . I joined into P.E. world 2 years ago when I found out that i can achieve my dream , and I've been pretty dedicated to my dream . I am very close to finish my journey into this world , and I want you guys to be there with me when I will be at the end of my journey .
Stats when i started :
- Length : 17.5 cm ( 6.9 in)
- Girth : 14 cm ~ ( 5.6 in ~)
Current Stats :
- Length : 20 cm ( 7.9 in )
- Girth : 15 cm ( 6 in )
My goal stats :
- Lenght : 21 cm ( 8.3 in ) or more why not
- Girth : 15.5 - 16 cm ( 6.1 - 6.3 in ) if possible

*Bathmate routine :
I have 2 of them .
1 : 5 minutes with low pressure to expand the cavities and to relax them
- 25 slow and light jelq
- 10 minutes with pretty heavy pressure
- 25 slow and hard grip jelq
- 15 minutes with pretty heavy pressure - at my max i can reach and resist
- 25 slow and hard grip jelq
- 10 minutes light pressure
- 25 slow and light grip jelq
- 5 minutes light pressure for warm down
2 : 5 minutes maximum pressure
- 25 fast jelq
- 5 minutes maximum pressure
- 25 fast jelq
- 5 minutes maximum pressure
- 25 fast jelq
- 5 minutes maximum pressure
- 25 fast jelq
My current routine :
- 15 - 20 minutes warm up with Rice Sock
- 2 Hours with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] : 30 minutes x 4 sets - Adding at the last 2 sets 2 more rods
- In between the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] i do Stretches : 35 seconds in any direction + A-Stretch
- 10 minutes warm up with a hot bath
- * The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] routine wich is above
- 10 minutes warm down in a hot bath
- Edge for 40 - 60 minutes before i go to sleep + Kegel
Sometimes i use the air pump if i can't use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] .
Supplements :
- 400mg Red ginseng just when i woke up + 1g of Maca and 2 teaspoon with raw honey ( not from the market , the honey is from a stroller beekeeper )
- 240mg Vitamin C
- 1g of Arginine - 30 minutes before i go in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] Routine
- At the dinner i get 1 tablet of Omega 3 Fish Oil
- Atleast 2.5L of water with calcium + magnesium + zinc effervescent during the day
