As DLD recommended , this is my Routine and Progress thread to get the best help from you in journey to accomplish my goal .

First of all i should tell something about me so you know who you're talking to .
- My name is Andrew , I'm 21 yo . I don't have a job , just playing some videogames daily , I'm 6'1 feet tall and I weigh 180 pounds . I joined into P.E. world 2 years ago when I found out that i can achieve my dream , and I've been pretty dedicated to my dream . I am very close to finish my journey into this world , and I want you guys to be there with me when I will be at the end of my journey .

Stats when i started :
- Length : 17.5 cm ( 6.9 in)
- Girth : 14 cm ~ ( 5.6 in ~)

Current Stats :
- Length : 20 cm ( 7.9 in )
- Girth : 15 cm ( 6 in )

My goal stats :
- Lenght : 21 cm ( 8.3 in ) or more why not
- Girth : 15.5 - 16 cm ( 6.1 - 6.3 in ) if possible

*Bathmate routine :
I have 2 of them .
1 : 5 minutes with low pressure to expand the cavities and to relax them
- 25 slow and light jelq
- 10 minutes with pretty heavy pressure
- 25 slow and hard grip jelq
- 15 minutes with pretty heavy pressure - at my max i can reach and resist
- 25 slow and hard grip jelq
- 10 minutes light pressure
- 25 slow and light grip jelq
- 5 minutes light pressure for warm down

2 : 5 minutes maximum pressure
- 25 fast jelq
- 5 minutes maximum pressure
- 25 fast jelq
- 5 minutes maximum pressure
- 25 fast jelq
- 5 minutes maximum pressure
- 25 fast jelq

My current routine :
- 15 - 20 minutes warm up with Rice Sock

- 10 minutes warm up with a hot bath

- 10 minutes warm down in a hot bath
- Edge for 40 - 60 minutes before i go to sleep + Kegel

Sometimes i use the air pump if i can't use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] .

Supplements :
- 400mg Red ginseng just when i woke up + 1g of Maca and 2 teaspoon with raw honey ( not from the market , the honey is from a stroller beekeeper )
- 240mg Vitamin C
- 1g of Arginine - 30 minutes before i go in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] Routine
- At the dinner i get 1 tablet of Omega 3 Fish Oil
- Atleast 2.5L of water with calcium + magnesium + zinc effervescent during the day

I will post weekly about my progress . Feel free to post anything that can help in this journey .

It was a good day , woked up in the morning , did my cardio and I took my pills . I used the Extender for 1 set of 1h and 3 sets of 30 minutes . Since is my Progress thread I guess it's ok to post a picture with the progress I made today . I have to say for a moment I thought it was a dream . What I mean by that is today i passed 20.5 cm which is amazing , couldn't believe is possible in this short time .

One more thing before i post the picture , DLD you are the real MVP . Thank you for inspiring a lot of people , including me , helping them making their dream true . You have my respect .

Day 2

I couldn't pump to 20.5 cm . My penis was sore from yesterday so i pumped to 19.5 , that's all i could do .. but still , better than nothing . Step by step I will hit the 21 soon .

I added to my list Pure Coconut Oil . I used today after the second Bathmate routine , it was amazing . Penis healed faster than usual .

Doundar don't give up on your dream , trust me . I've been there and i almost doubt myself , but don't forget this think : The road of success comes through hardwork , determinations and sacrifice .

I might use the first Bathmate routine tomorrow , with the Extender 3 hours . Let's see tonight how Coconut Oil will help me .

Glad that you see the value of getting in work even when it is not going exactly as you would like. This type of training keeps you head in the game. Many guys really like Coconut Oil for healing, stretch marks, etc. Another great cream is Hydrocortisone .1%, this is a very good cream for skin ailments and it works super fast.

Day 3
I wish I could say this was a good day but damn , I'm pretty sad and pissed . I used the Extender for 3 hours ( 2 x 60 minutes / 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] minutes ) but man , no bathmate for me today . For some reason I don't have water since 2 PM , and when I write this it's 3 AM . Atleast I'm pretty accomplished , at the last 2 sets of the Extender i felt a pain in the lig , which was nice , that means i stretch the lig beyond his maximum right ?

I have a air pump , but I don't really want to use it . Water retention is a pain in the ass plus the red dots after I use the air pump .
 
Yes soreness in the ligs is a good sign, but if its a unpleasant pain then you have to give it a rest wouldn't want you snapping your shit up. Its funny you mention your air pump because the other day I threw it on just for fun, and my damn glans kept getting stuck to the walls XD. *Bathmate superiority*
 
Air pumps can be very dangerous, I am glad you are water pumping.

This day was definitely better than the other day , I had holy water . On the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] i need help from you guys , because today I used the first routine and I reached the 20.5 in lenght but , the girth was ... huge , beyond what I knew I can have , my penis was so heavy at the end . So my question is , I want only lenght now , should I stick to the second routine ? I think the first one is for girth since today this happened . I had that little pain in the lig again , I don't mind it at all , I kinda like it since i know the lig is stretching beyond his resistance point .
 
Well If you've been around man there's alot of excitement over bundles pre-bathmate. Maybe you're stretching routine is having a similar effect on your girthing sessions. My advice is to just experiment with routines 1 or 2 to try to duplicate the results you had today. Who knows maybe it was a isolated incident?

Definitely true and I am so happy seeing Brothers spread the news. Doing Bundled stretches before length or girth work will pre-stretch the Tunica and allow for more room to grow, expand and elongate. It is good that you know your body so well that you know when to take breaks. It is awesome that you came back even stronger and made some progress in the layout of your routine. I'm sorry but I had a fight with a dude last night . I went out with some friends , and a dude upset a girl , he wanted her number but she didn't liked him so I stepped between them . I guess he was a little drunk , he punched me in the right side of the face , right in the jaw . I snapped and I beat the shit out of him . After that the girl asked for my number and she want to see me tomorrow .. I used only the Extender because I can't use my hand properly . I guess in the next 2 - 3 days I will use only the Extender , until the pain goes away from my hand . Week 2 / Day 1
I guess I should start with this : I thought , after this break I will be back to 19.5 cm but , for some reason I didn't drop that much . I started the day with 6 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] minutes with the extender and 6 sets x 5 minutes with the bathmante . I am still at 20.5 , which was pretty nice . But I added tonight , right 10 minutes ago I finished , another 3 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] minutes with the extender . I will do extender in the morning and before I got to bet like this : 2 days on / 2 days off . What do you think about this routine ?

There are many days that I do not use equipment. I lay on my couch and try new stretches or practice old ones. I like to develop in manual exercises so this is important to me. At this point, equitpmentwise, there is nothing really that stands out as a good new product aside from what we offer here. I am aiming for 21 as soon as possible , so I will focus a lot on length for now .
 
Week 2 / Day 3
As yesterday , today was again Length Day . Feels pretty good , with a little pain in my lig but I know this is the feeling when the lig is stretchde to the max .
 
Week 2 / Day 4
I am still waiting for the day I will be at 21 , but untill than here is my 4th day . After I finished the extender routine , I jumped into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for 4 sets x 5 minutes . I will not force anymore to reach 21 , I will stop at 20 cm max. 20.5 and keep it longer pumped , like 1 full set atleast .

You are right . I am very lucky with my starting size but I like to motivate other people to not giving up on their dreams because it's possible , you just have to put dedicate yourself to that thing no matter what your goal is .
 
Week 2 / Day 5
Today I didn't used any of my equipments because that girl I fighted for , came by and my PC muscle was too tired so I took a rest day .

Week 2 / Day 6
For me this was another Length Day . 6 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] minutes with the extender and 6 sets of stretch in all directions + A-Stretch .
 
Week 2 / Day 7
I used the Extender for 3 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] minutes and 1 set [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] minutes followed up by a quick [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] routine ( 4 sets x 5 minutes ) . I did my kegels as I do them every 2 days , did my edge as always .

Overall , Week 2 was a wonderful week . Maybe is just inside my head , but I feel my erection heavier and the penis looks longer .
 
Week 3 / Day 1
Another day in my journey . I used the extender for 3 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] minutes combined with stretching . Right after it was [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] time , 6 sets x 5 minutes . Couldn't finish the work with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] , there was a little pain so I stopped because I don't want to get injured and lose the momentum I built . Sometimes less is more .
 
Where did you feel pain bro? I have an [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Xtreme[/words] as well, but I don't think I ever felt anything worse than mild discomfort.

There was a little .. as you said a discomfort in the glans , but it was pretty bad so I stopped .
 
Week 3 / Day 3
Length Day . 4 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] minutes with the extender combined with stretching . Today I didn't edge at all , too a day off but I did my kegels as always .

Back to basics . This is how I call the 4th day of this week . As a quote says : " Never forget where you came from " . I did 10 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] seconds of stretching in any direction and 200 jelq .

Lesson learned is something we all say in PE, much of this is trial and error.

Avoiding disappointment is as easy as having no expectations. I've been let down hard by my own expectations here many times. Try to remember that you're basically performing a science experiment with your junk. The scientific method applied over and over again until you find a way to the next mile marker. Hopefully the science gets more precise because of our collective experience.

I don't know if you are right about the skin pinching but your point about the glans is pretty solid and I think , you sir are absolutely right . As you said , I don't think 3 sets with a little bit more pressure would hurt me that much .
