Hi guys, I found this forum a week ago and I find it very very great and inspiring.

My deal is, I have a small penis in flac mode 5cm.And in erection average - 17-18cm.
I started a week ago with some easy exercices- jelqing and clamping.
I want a bigger penis in flasc mode, and maybe 1 inch more in girth.What do you recomand me please, I dont have time and space for exercices, I spend a lot of time in the office, maybe a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words][/words] and clamping?

Userval, welcome to the forum. You do have a rather ok side on an erect position. However you seem like you are after the flacid look..... in another way you want to be a shower not a grower, Nothing wrong with both. Some women like a Grower as it become surprisingly big and it kind of exite them some like a shower. I, my self, is a grower, and as you I have always been interested in becoming a shower (hang flacid) I did Stretching and I still do and that is helping. as DLD said one, the more you see better flacid the more the erect size will increase.

Except stretching, try to wear a sleeve or wrap it, it is called healing while extended. an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will also do marvel, if you do one hour high inensity one hour low intencity or medium.

try it, but be aware, PE is a long journey, your dick is not going to burst longer over night, some of us has been doing it for years and the gains are minimal but worth it.

Sadly, I know little more about the whys and hows than you do, all I know is what I've heard on these forums and what I've experienced, with the latter definitely supporting the former. It's not a permanent gain though. As soon as you cut back your water intake, your flaccid size will start decreasing again and it only changes the fraction of your size that is apparent in the flaccid state, not what your maximum and minimum sizes are (you'll still turtle to the same size under the wrong conditions).

Hmm never heard or thought of this. it does make a bit of sense at first thought just never noticed for myself personally. i guess with all things some people are probably more sensitive to hydration when it comes flaccid then others who aren't sensitive at all and either have a big flaccid or small flaccid no matter how hydrated or dehydrated they are
 
Am Defnitely Curious about the hydration again.

My stats are not that great to be honest at least not at the level I wanted but thats cos I was lazy at it for last year or so, and then I am back with vengence the last 2 month.

I started in 2010 at 5.5 EL, I dont recall much of prior to last 2 month but i am now at 6.5 which what I had a year ago. when I restarted 2 month ago I was at 5.8 (fluctuating) so I did loose some but thats normal. My EG and FG have both increase to 6.2 and 5.5 repectively.

I am more focusing on length cos that where i am lacking my girth is pretty good now and i know it catches up farily quickly.

the length on the other hand is extremely slow for me.

Now it does make sence, not sure if this realted but when I drink good amount of water and after Gym I do feel a bit bigger. So it does make sence for the cock too.

Beside I think your point is very true, we are made of 70% water after all.

Now , regarding my problem,
I stoped the exercices because I tied my frenulum 3 days ago (unfortunately I'm a crazy guy and all the time I'm doing that kind of things..:P ). I did that because I have the feeling like I will gain 0.5 inch in plus -maybe just in my mind-, also my sensitivity during sex is very very high.
What I still doing is the clamping, and after a few days Ill start again with the streching.

Again, my sizes are: bpel - 7inch
erect girth- 5.2inch - I know, needs a lot of work here ( I did a test last week making sex with my wife with the clamped penis and my wife was crazy , she felt the difference - I did'n let her to see when I was wearing that on my dick- just making a test and the results very wonderfully

First you need to finish with your frenulum work, PE will aggravate and possible cause infection if the frenulum has not healed yet. As far as a good routine to start when you are ready I suggest these two links that will help you put together the best workout for you:
