Hey it's slay here, finally I'm attempting a log on my Penis Enlargement progress. Let me tell you a little about me first. I'm almost 22 and have been doing Penis Enlargement for just over a year. Although I really haven't Penis Enlargemented the whole time. I'd have to say at least a 60% of the time, taking a month off here and there. Of my Penis Enlargement career, I've gained 1.25 in leanth and .75. I must say that I am surprised of my gains, being that I didn't have a great routine down...which mainly consisted of jelqs, c-jelqs, bundled streaches, SUs and SOs streaches, Basically I would do 10 min of streaches every time I went to the restroom. I was however on 1000mg of test and ghrp-6/cjc and insulin for 4 months and I'm positive that's where most of my gains came from.
So that's a little info about my past, now for the actual log part.
Today, I started with my girth routine around 12..Im in college so I woke up late
. I hopped in the shower and turned the pulsating mode on my attachable shower head, then I let it run over my unit for a few minutes, then just did 20 min of erect jelqing followed by 4 SSJs every 5 min. Once I was Finnished with those I did 6 min in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] to Finnish things up. Still trying to figure best way to use it, kills the sack I might add:/
After workout i put on the old Jims joint and went on with my day, re-raping every hour.
PM workout, I did DLDs stretch routine without the cranks and instead of doing tons of sets, I just did everyone for 2min holds, but I did do double on the BTCs, so I think that's good. In the future ill add in some DLD blasters and bundled stretches.
