I am using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for 3 months now , average 8 hours a day.
I have no gains, but could it be that the fat pad is to blame.? You can see in the pic, that the left site were the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] pushes into the fat pad is liek 2 inches longer than the right side.

The fat pad will not prevent you from gaining but it sure will hide it. Without gaining for 3 months, is this due to a lack of bpfs gains or because the fat pd is covering it? I guess my question is, have you gained any length in flaccid, stretched, bone-pressed over the last 3 months? Is the 8 hours the entirety of your routine? Do you take breaks? Are you currently dieting and using any Expressive Stretches?

That is definitely possible and it does happen, sometimes quicker but other guys may need a more intensive routine. I was very much like you when I started. My fat pad was almost 3" and I gained 2" after 6 months and could not see any of it! I had to lose the fat pad which meant exercise and diet. I did not want to do it but just look at the drastic changes it made in me and you could do the same. For me it was a combination of losing weight and gaining size that gave me my over all gain symmetry. You can also look into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine, in my signature, and look at Expressive Stretching. Some believe the fat pad is beneficial in this exercise and it can be a massive source for length.
 
Well i hope so. Iam a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] veteran , i have the life time membership now for years, tried the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and different routines, but never really sticked to one for over a year to see gains.

I hop i can find some nice pictures of before after weightloss and how it affected the fat pad.

I gotta ask about the amount of actual tension you're putting on your penis.
Are you resting/mounting the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] firmly on your pelvic bone? In order to most effectively give a non-yielding base to "push" from.

Or perhaps it's actually "floating" on the fat pad which is then absorbing most of the force that should be distributed into the penile tissues. It's hard for me to figure where a years worth of effort could produce no result whatsoever.

Then I'd suggest pushing your fat pad out of the way and going for a solid bone-pressed mount.

That is the correct way to wear. The fat pad will not stun your chances of gaining, it will only hide the gains below the fat pad. Diet, exercise and Penis Enlargement and the gains will come and show much faster.

You can! I understand your pain, believe me I was in a worse position when I first made my first 2" gain in length. It was a real gain but it was really buried under my fat. I needed to lose weight, plain and simple. Once I lost the weight the fat pad disappeared and my NBP and flaccid length was crazy visual. Look at me in comparison to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] to my picture, taken at my best weight....it is night and day! After I lost the weight I was a new man. Unfortunately, over the past year I gained some weight and have a fat pad issue again. No fear, I will simply shift my diet and exercise into full gear and make it happen in 6 weeks! Make a goal, set a date and make it happen!

I read your weight loss post a couple of years ago, i tried to emulate it ( since i also ned to loose 80 Pounds) but its not working.Its just to much to loose. If you start agains let me know, maybe i can start a weigthloss journey again.

I am starting again this week. I will write up my diet and exercise plans so you can have a gander. We can do this together! 80 pounds for you, 60 for me.

ok great. Did you ever experience sagging skin after so much weight loss? iam a little afraid since i have a lot of tissue tears due to the weight gain. I will start the diet with you and make before after photos, while continuing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]

Not at all. Sagging skin is usually when someone is extremely overweight to the point of skin stretch and deformation. In your case this is not true as you only have 80 pounds to lose.
 
You clearly need to add more bars. You shouldn't be maxed out on the adjustments like you are. When you hit that point that's how you know it's time to add a bar.

That is right. Back up the fine adjustments so that you can get a small bar added. Once you are maxed on the screw adjustments it is time to add bars.

How are you wrapping? Can you increase the grip at the attachment? \

Diet I will have up in a couple days, sorry for the delay but I have been very busy over the last week, too busy to answer every post (which I love doing).
 
You need a new wrapping method. You aren't getting enough tension. Take 2 squares of tp connected together and fold it in half long ways. Wrap that just below your glans then wrap a 6-8 in long strip of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] self adhesive bandage around it and strap down with the comfort strap. Make sure to stretch the bandage out some as you wrap around. you won't slip at all the bandage has great tack to it and you need the tp layer between for comfort.
 
And for diet try intermittent fasting. You eat all your calories in a 8hr window and eat nothing as in no calories from food or drink for 16hrs straight. It's not that hard cause that includes your sleeping hrs. It's very effective and will becoming more popular in the near future. I've done it and it's very effective. If you want to ramp it up even more eat no starches at all. Stick to lean meats and veggies don't eat direct carb sources. You will get enough carbs from trace amounts in food you eat. And of course it all comes down to calories. You have to be in a deficit for the day lose fat. Shoot for under 2k a day and the fat should melt off. I've hit 4% body fat doing this. If you workout do it at the end of your fast on an empty stomach. That's huge also
 
Jdcd, sorry my englisch ist not that good and i didn't understand your wrapping method. also i dont have the comfort strap anymore, since it broke. I dont know if fasting is the way to go , since it lowers your metabolism. Never heard of people how actually lost fat and not muscle with fasting. Idont want to loose muscle.
 
It doesn't lowner your metabolism that's a lie made up by the supplement industry. They know that you don't have time to eat six small whole food meals a day so you will then have to rely on shakes to fill in the gaps. I'm 6'1 200lb with 8% body fat and can bench press over 300lbs. I only eat in a 6hr window each day and lift on an empty stomach. Check out leangains.com it has some great info on there. It takes over 36 hrs of not eating before your body will burn muscle for energy. When you dont eat for 16 straigh hours you will be burning stored body fat for energy. Your body will only go to muscle for fuel as a last choice for survival.

ihope youre right. i lost over 2 inches the past year wich depresses me a lot. a year ago a had a very radical circumcision done (medical resaons) which made my shaft skin move up and actually loose an inch of erect length. i also gained over 80 pounds in 6 months which buried my penis even more. iam using [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] now vor 4-5 months to reverse it but havent seen any gains only that my stretched length BPFSL is nearly the same as my old NBPenis EnlargementL length.

Well I was just thinking about you this morning:) I knew somehow we would connect. Anyways, first the bad news, I weigh more than I though:( I am 199 pounds right now, I imagined I was 180. So now my weight loss will need to encompass 40 pounds and I was thinking is was more like 20 or 30. I guess this gives me the opportunity to do some very good before and after shots and really set the example of how to drop the weight.

My plan will include a steep increase is movement! Walks, stairs, cleaning the yard, washing the car, whatever it is I got to start moving. When I get myself into the mode of constantly moving a quick 10 pounds will leave. Next I need to start to turn the movement into a structured routine that includes both cardio and weight training. I like walking and light jogging. 1 mile a day for the first week and adding a mile making it 2 miles will be my best way to get the metabolism running and get my cardio in. I do not like to make a huge ordeal out of it, I only know movement is the first step and I do not want to overwhelm myself with a routine I will not be able to do. Next, weight training, 3 times a week will help me tone underlying muscle and give quick definition to my body as the cardio removes the fat. I plan for 3 days, 1.) Chest and Triceps, 2.) Back and Biceps 3.) Shoulders, Traps and Legs. I spend no more than 20 minutes on any given day. I use light weights, I am not looking to bulk up I am only looking to tone.

Diet will need to change so my plan is to first, this evening, eat a massive dinner with lots of fat and sweets and every other thing I love...this will be the last supper:) For the next 2 weeks I will go into a fasting mode taking in a very limited amount of food, paying close attention to hydrating myself and getting the daily vitamins I need. Men's One a Day are a great supplement for lazy guys like me:) I will set my caloric intake to right about 500 calories a day. Caloric intake will take place over 5 micro-mrals throughout the day. 100 calories per meal is a very small intake but it will help boost the glycemic index and jump start a very slow metabolism. At this rate I should shed about 10 pounds per week, making my goal weight 160 by December 1st. It is a lot more than I want to have to lose but it is what it is.
