After my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session yesterday I had horrible fluid buildup. Probably going to start doing two 10 minute sessions to avoid this. Going to start hanging today, need to get some length!

Are you super-setting your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sets with Slow Squash Jelqs? This is vital to fluid reduction and tissue expansion.

Im back! Been hanging the past couple days. Also, doing manual stretches about twice a day for 30 minutes each. Im super sore but im still going! Using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] every morning then clamping. Also, after stretching sessions I have been jelqing about 100 times to get some good blood flow. Been sooo busy with school and work but Im finally free to grow my schlong.

Hey Kevin I noticed you mentioned something about a fat pad I have a workout for you that is extremely helpful for the oblique and lower abdominal areas, I almost had an 8pack with these little trick's.

Get a sit up bench and laydown opposite the foot rests, Hover your legs at least 6 inches from the ground and bring your knees to your chest in one fluid motion(slower the better of course), once your knees touch your chest raise them straight to the ceiling and back down hovering above the ground, try 3 sets of 20 and try to work your way to 100+, once you are able to easily do 100 or more put on 5lb ankle weights. This work out is basically a variation of an decline Abdominal Dragon Flag.

Another workout that you can do in between the Dragons would be back extensions (these are a bitch to do but yield great results for your obliques, abs, glutes and lower back as well as hamis and calves), and your regular decline situps broken down into the first half of the descending, and then the second half of the descending and then the descent and coming back up.

Hope this helps out with the fat pad deal.

You lose fat by burning calories, not by doing situps etc. I mean you can't burn off fat from a particular area by doing a particular exercise.
You can get a flatter stomach by doing ab work because you'll get tighter abs, and that will hold you in more and improve your posture... but it's not burning fat as much as it is increasing muscle and strength.

Diet + Cardio = Fat-pad loss.

Agree. Then when you're down to a good weight, hit the gym. Cardio and weight-lifting is fun. Makes you more confident and with a healthy diet, feel much better.

Oh no doubt I won't argue that it is a cumulative of diet and exercise, but I was merely speaking about one of the first entries he mentioned about he is somewhat of a fitness type guy and. He stated he doesn't want to be to thin but for being as active as he said he was his fat pad was , but this workout was to merely give a "mandingo" effect (the toned and trim fat pad area). Cardio is a great way to burn fat, but HIIT will burn fat and take fitness to a whole new level when it comes down to shredding away unnecessary fat and bloating.

But regardless its a cumulative effort, its like trying to gain 3 inches in length only with a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in 6 months, it works better if you use a variety of tactics or workouts to achieve a goal.

Either way NEVERSETTLE!! Lol

My point is targeting abs is no better than targetting biceps/triceps or legs when trying to burn fat from the fat-pad area. HIIT or Cardio, it isn't about working your ab muscles, it's about burning calories to lose fat from all places on your body.

I always get a laugh from the ab-swing/ab-twist/ab-circle-pro advertisements on TV, with the fat people who apparently lost like 20kg from doing ab work. What rubbish!

Anyway, sorry for hijacking yer thread KevinP.

Lol you totally reiterated what I said about HIIT. Haha well either way we are both right. KevinP just attempt this workout and see what happens after 4 times(or more) a week for 3 months in conjunction with your other routines and see what it gives you. Have fun gaining in every which way bro.

Iv been a semi serious body builder for about 4 years now. I appreciate all the help guys. I agree about diet+cardio but the situps and such will help of course. I just quit my bulking phase and Im at about 208 lbs at 6' 1" with 17-18% BF. I would love to get that BF to about 10-12%. Im not tooting my horn but I think I would look ripped at that BF. I put on muscle very easy and lose fat fast with a low carb diet. The Palumbo (sp?) diet is my favorite. I keep my carbs below 50g a day and workout normally with some extra cardio. On this diet I can lose about 3 lbs a week and still maintain most of my strength. No worries about hijacking the thread, I enjoy fitness and such too.

On a Penis Enlargement note I have been stretching about 2 times a day with a solid warm up. I also have been using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] everyday to get a nice hang going and repair cells.

Iv made gains! I dont want to say how much just yet. Iv had awesome PI's the past two weeks. Been stretching about three times a day with high intensity. I need that 8x6!
So excited now that Im seeing progress.

Why no tell? We want to know:)

Haha, I just want to cement them or keep it going before I reveal. Im really only starting to get serious now that I have different living situations where I can Penis Enlargement everyday. I literally just got road head and was very excited to whip it out.

Just keep up with the process, you will cement and gain relatively to each other.
