I am finally starting a progress log (with pictures) starting August 23. I will be mostly trying to gain length first and then girth will be my goal after. I will be stretching, jelqing, hanging, pumping and kegaling 7 days a week with no days off. I will be measuring every 2 weeks with pictures. I have lurked on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] for about a year now and had some small gains but I am finally dedicating time to Penis Enlargement. I am an engineering major so I will be realistic and accurate with my measurements.

I will also be taking L-Arginine and a multi vitamin every day. I will drink one gallon of water a day, no drugs, lots of alcohol ☺. I will also be weight lifting intensely and cycling almost everyday. I will update on my sex life pertaining to Penis Enlargement. I will mix up my routine everyday because I believe it is important and prevents the body from adapting to exercises over time, resulting in continual improvement without plateaus (taken from P90x). Pictures will be posted tonight or tomorrow.

I love this forum and Im looking forward to this adventure.
 
Haha Im in college and its a "party school" so its a requirement. Turnover iv followed your thread from the beginning super inspirational.

Awesome bro your inspiration inspires me. Id recommend saving the alcohol for the weekends though and taking your supplements during the week because it can be a tragedy on your liver over time. Good Luck and welcome along for the ride! :)
 
Sorry about the wait. Iv taken some beginning pictures but they arent very clear so I will have to take more. Im thinking I will change the start day to today. My official beginning measurements are:

NBPenis EnlargementL: 6.25"
BPenis EnlargementL: 7.25"
EG:5.5"

I dont know why my fat pad is about an inch thick because I am a very active person. I will begin a diet regimen as well as working the lower abs to try to lose some of that fat pad. This morning I had an awesome [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session pulling on the ligs, fucking nice lig burn. Im now attempting to hang for the first time and just practicing my wraps. I will probably do a warm down with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to get some more blood back in that thang. Tonight, I will warmup and do some stretches. Get gains!
 
Fat pad is stubborn and may take time to lose. I had to lose more weight than I wanted to lose my fat pad.
 
Yeah I dont want to be a little skinny guy (not that you were DLD.) Right now im doing stretches with a rice sock and then will do 200 jelqs. Second day of school and Im already stressing. 5 sorority girls moved in upstairs so I cant complain too much :)

That routine is going to kick ass those ARE some nice lig burning exercises.
 
Earlier my experiment with hanging sucked. Maybe because it was after [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but my glans kept becoming puffy. Im targeting those ligs because I know thats where Im going to make some initial gains. Last night I had a cock pic on my phone and a friend (girl) of mine saw it and said it had awesome thickness. It was probably the angle of the camera because its only 5.5", ever since she is asking me to whip it out!
 
It is smartest to do your girth work after length. If you are too swollen from girth length can be difficult to stretch.
 
Sorry guys its the first week of school and Im slammed, Iv been doing carious stretches every night. I dont know how every guy doesnt own one. Attached is a pic after my workout as well as my starting pics. Iv been having great morning wood and amazing woodies. So I cheated today and measured. I am shocked and kind of in disbelief that I have gained so fast (especially without Penis Enlargementing as much as I'd like to.) Today I was 6.5" nbp and almost 7.5" pressed. This a quarter inch and Iv mostly been doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches. I hope these are real gains and Im sure when I can get the time to Penis Enlargement intensely I will see crazy gains!
 
Been doing various stretches about twice a day warming up then down. Drinking a gallon of water a day, L-Arinine, and a multi vitamin. Been lifting and cycling everyday too. Tryed handing without a wrap (Bad idea I know). Need to really get these wraps down so I can hang. Will be updating body measurements for motivation and progress. Last week I weighed 197, 6'1", Biceps 17". Will update!

OMFG I just had my best [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] workout ever. Im kind of scared of how thick it was! Im guessing 6.5" (about 1" above normal.) It is the first time I have had fluid buildup so im not too happy about that. But holy shit I couldnt fit my hand around the thing. I was a hair away from the 200mm mark which was a first. I also did hardcore stretches and felt a burn I havnt felt before (not a bad thing.)

Try to break up your session in 5 minute parts followed by 5 minutes of jelqing or Slow Squash jelqing as this will eliminate much of the retention.
