Angles are always Straight out, straight down, behind the leg to the left and right, and btc. Doing this until I figure out wether I can sneak in time in my room to do stretches in college. I will do squeezes in the shower but I'd much rather do stretches and squeezes on the same day.

I cheated and measured again since I'm going off today and saw a slight gain in BPenis EnlargementL and .25 more on my BPFSL its now at 8.75" that was after a stretch session. I won't officially report it until about 3 more weeks to give more time to grow. I'm liking the newbie gains I just hope I gain atleast an inch before it starts to slow down. Maybe before christmas I may just get there.
 
Finally got my internet back online I'm back in college. I found away around things. I just go in the bathroom and do my stretches warming up with only a few light stretches. Then later in the night I shower and that's when I do my squeezes. So its all in the same day that's how i prefer it. I think its grown a little I'll measure next saturday when I go home for the holiday.

Just did 28 Tension Stretches and later will do 50 squeezes and will stay there for a while. I will still increase stretching time but at 50 squeezes that's atlease enough to gain a little girth in time. I may increase stretches again maybe in about 2-3 more sessions because 28 feels just right for now. Can't wait to measure next weekend I hope to have reached the 8.5" mark.
 
I've still been following my routine just not logging here as much because I've been busy. But my BPenis EnlargementL went up a little. I've gained a total of .375" so far. I'm going to try the new base stretch and see If I can gain anything out of that. I will still do the regular routine but just add it in.
 
I modified my routine it is now:

15 Tension Stretches
5 Base Lig Stretches 30 secs. each
25 Squeezes

I had to sqitch things up a little I will increase reps when i feel I need to.
 
Shortening my routine to decrease time in the bathroom. So now its 2 on 1 off.

10 Stretches
15 Squeezes (in shower)

May add a rep or two in a week if I'm ready.
 
I still been doing my routine but my cpu battery ran out so i been using my cell to post but got a new baterry now. I can now reach the 8.5" mark. So that's .5" length gain so far. I have been doing 15 tension stretches and 20-30 squeezes every other day. I'm goin to start doing 20 squeezes 3 on 1 off because I don't think I've gained any girth yet and I'm going to try something different.
 
I am still at it I just haven't been posting here but have still been reading the forums. My routinne is still"

15 Tension Stretches (1 on 1 off)
20 Squeezes (3 on 1 off)

I do the squeezes more frequently because I didn't feel like I was working hard enough so I'm experimenting.
 
I'm still at it just stopped posting. I took about a week off before I switched routines and now I stretch and manual clamp. I do 15 heavy stretches down, behind the leg left, and right. i do 5-7 mins of manual clamping in the shower. I recorded a small gain and now I'm 8.625.

I'm still peing but stealthy. Summer break is coming up and I will be able to do whatever routine I want. No new length gains so far. But I usually measure girth with a string and measured 6.25" BG and some months after that I finally bought measuring tape and i measured 6.5" at the base. I don't know if that was a difference in the measuring tools or what but when I get home I'm going to check the string measurements again.

100 dry jelqs (7-10 sec strokes)
5 mins clamping

My routine got longer and it seems like my dick is adapting fast and since I have so much time on my hands I just want to do more. I have 3 months to gain atleast .25" either way before school starts again. This is my third day straight and it feels like i can go again tomorrow. Maybe I can go 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off. When I pull it the next day it isn't sore even though my stretches are hard and intense.

^ I wish that would happen! lol Taking today off because of no privacy on saturdays. Hoping to gain about 1/2" in these next three months before school or anything in girth would be good.
 
today's routine was:

15 leg tuck pulls (20 secs. each)
30 mins clamping 3 sets

I may do some dry jelqing later. After my clamping session I went back to sleep for about 2 hours because I woke up early and when I woke up from the nap my dick was really hard. I always have hard and firm erections but it was harder than normal this time and I will say that was from the clamping. I may just leave clamping at 30 mins and do maybe 10 mins of dry jelqing later in the day and see what happens.
