I am on summer break and my routine is as follows below:

3-5 min. Warm-up
10 min. stretching (adding a min. every week)
10-10 sec. Squeezes
35 6-8 Second jelqs
3-5 min. Warm-down

3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off

I was hoping to gain some girth and atleast .25in" before I return to school. Been doing this routine for about two week just added squeezes. When I go back to college I cant do this routine so I was thinking about doing my workout in the shower and maybe subbing wet jelqs for dry jelq. Also doing tension stretches(short intense stretches for about 10 secs) instead of the long duration stretches. Does anyone do their workout in the shower and still get gains? Also I'm circumsized how would I do dry jelqs because it would seem that I wont reach the head unless I had lube.

Looks like a good workout. Is this stepped up due to summer break?
 
Yes before I was peing and then stopped due to the stresses of the last weeks of college and all the studying. But I have the time to do it now and is thinking of ways to do it while in college with a roommate.
 
I upped the stretching to 15 minutes because I thought I could handle a little more and it looks like signs are still positive I still get rock hard when stimulated and I also added 5 more jelqs. I want to get a tape measure maybe next week so I dont have to go through the hassle of getting string and putting it against a ruler to measure girth progress. Idk I might stop at 6.5in depends on how it looks because I'm a sucker for anal and dont want to push it too far where as there's no chance for that. I know a lot of girls dont mind it vaginally because it stretches more.
 
I've decided to take today off and just do the normal stretching routine. I think I'm goin to start stretching 6 days a week and take days of if i feel I need them and girth maybe 2 on 1 off and extra if I need to.
 
I did the normal today stretching squeezes and jelqs but I did my stretching differently. I did a behind the leg stretch standing up. Kind of turning a little while pulling my penis behind my leg and almost in between my cheeks I liked it better than normal side stretching because I feel it more. I believe it was a method mentioned here somewhere and I thought about it and gave it a try.
 
Did the same routine today I did girth again because I felt like I could. I really like the stretch behind the leg. I think it might be the same as the behind the cheek stretch. I will measure in 3 weeks and hope I get lucky.
 
I am doing 3 on 1 off right now. I also do 100 quick pc flexes then do 6 sets of 60 sec. holds. In a short time I've built a very strong pc but it has always been strong shooting cum in my face sometimes by accident. Not the best place for it to land. haha I am going to continue this routine until august 1st and see what happens and then switch it up to a few intense stretches and squeezes like RED said with rest and see how that goes. I've been told by BigAl that intese short sessions are the way to go also. That way when I go back to college I can do brief intense sessions in the shower witout being detected.
 
I am going to start my intense routines earlier than I expected because jelqing brings back irritation of my previous injury that I had before. I felt it was working though but I'm going to make my main girth exercise the squeeze although the squeezes may have already been making the bigger contribution. Also I'm starting tension stretches( short intense 10 second stretches in different directions.
 
Today I started my new routine. I'm going to do 1 on one off because its an intense routine and I'm adding reps during every session.

3-4 min. Warm up
10 intense tension stretches
25 10 sec. horse440 squeezes
3-4 min Warm down

Adding 1 to 2 reps every session. But on the squeezes I'm going for more of time under tension instead of rep times because I sometimes I do 30 seconds on each and then vary it and maybe do 10 or 20 second holds.

Had another session yesturday and dick feels a little tired but not unusually I like this routine though because I like the intense stretches. I do the same stretches as before except with a lot more intensity and less time. Their intense btc stretches and I think they will help me to reach 9" in a couple months. Still adding 1 rep of each after every session.
 
Tomorrow I will add 2 more intense stretches and only 1 squeeze and see how it goes.

14 Tension Stretches
28 Squeezes
4 min. Warm down
 
I think I've gained but not sure. I misplaced my ruler and I found one and measured and surprised me when I saw 8 1/4" in length that's 1/4 longer than my regular length. But to be absolutely sure I have to find my original ruler and remeasure with that one to know if its a gain or if I'm just able to push further on this one but I'm so excited can't wait to find it as a matter of fact I'm going to search for it right now!
 
I took 2 days off for rest and now just had a session today.

3 min. Hot Wrap
15 Tension Stretches
30 Squeezes
3 min. Hot Wrap

My hot wraps are just sitting my penis in a cup of warm water refreshing the water about every minute. Gained .25" BP already I had my mind set on this gain in 3 months and am very happy it came early. One more inch and I will focus on girth but hope I can gain some along the way.
 
18 Tension Stretches(in shower)
34 squeezes after shower

I liked the shower stretching WAY better because the water keeps your skin dry and I'm able to get a really good grip and pull wihtout tissue which is kind of rough even the softer kinds.
