So after a long layoff from pe I decided to start again.
I'm now 7.7" bpel and 4.85" mid shaft girth.
My goal is to at least get to 5.5 inch girth, I'm quite satisfied with my length and don't feel the need to gain more so I will focus on girth work exclusively
My routine for now will consist of:
