I'm still experimenting. So far I tend to think that for strong tension for short time periods the wrap and strap method is probably better. However, for moderate tension for long periods of time the PM Pro is better for me. I can go 2 or 3 hours feeling pretty good with it and I've only had it a couple weeks so I'm not fully conditioned yet. I also run the elastic pretty tight. I love the ease of using the PM Pro. It hides easy under your pants using a leg band and elastic. Literally only takes seconds to put on and take off. I have had zero problems with it coming off.
