A Bigger Base is in the works but for now your only option would be to simply cut your base piece at a point that is not touch the skin. Now, get a strong, industrial strength stretchable band. It can be found at any hardware store. Now, using the piece of band screw it into one side of where you cut and screw the other into the other piece you cut. Now, you have an expandable base that will always fit.
