This short stretching routine is repeated throughout the day. So I feel it provides me with what would otherwise be missing.
Leg strap: Minimum of two hours consecutive, at least four times per day. Each break between sessions has the stretching routine above. I also do the stretching routine after I finish with the leg strap for the day. I try to passively rk as I am wearing it and not kegaling.
Kegals: Besides the 2000 quick kegals involved in the stretching routine, and the attempt to exhaust the pelvic muscles during the warm up, I am also trying kegals at different intensities throughout using the leg strap. I do 100 quick kegals as soon as I attach the leg strap each time. Then I do 100 fast, hard kegals. Then I do 50 long, hard kegals. The reason is that as I kegal, I find that I'm able to move my leg farther away from the base. Effectively creating something fairly close to dld blasters. The efficacy is obviously yet to be determined, but the immediate effect is extremely obvious. So that's 3000 kegals a day, but really, only a couple hundred are the big ones.
