The "wall" is this the maximum you can stretch your penis? If you are hitting a plateau where gains have slowed or stopped it is time to switch up the exercises. Let me know exactly what you mean by a wall.

Have you put some good effort into Bundled Stretches and Roll Stretches? Try to get you penis to a state of complete fatigue (maybe after sex with your wife) when your penis is completely fatigued, this state is more malleable than any other time and the penis can be stretched much better. There is no limit within reason and you are no where near that. This is a plateau and you will need to add in these exercises and increase intensity to break the plateau.

I haven't had issues so far with checked luggage. With carry-on I've only had maybe a basic cockring and condoms with me. So far only traveled with PE equipment (hydropumps mostly) in Europe.
As far as it goes to checked luggage I wouldn't see that much of a problem, but of course the TSA practises can vary by country and you might get checked.
