2. Manual stretches

Pull your dick straight down to the right (7 o'clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight down (6 o'clock) and "crank" (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the blood flowing)

I learned my lesson the hard way. I used to measure constantly, obsessively until one day I was getting so frustrated with my ever thinking penis during a measurement and the ruler slipped and sheared off my Frenulum. That was the last time I measured obsessively. I through away every measuring device I had!

Oh I too learned that lesson from weight lifting. Damn! Obsession is good motivation but does have it's draw backs (like everything else I guess).

Yes, obsession can work for you but you need too have great discipline!

In shearing off my Frenulum I gained an instant 1/2" and all of a sudden it became the craze to remove the frenulum!

Is there even a guarantee one will gain?
And could you even call that PE or a part of it?

It was the most fucked up thing I have even noticed and the pain was unbearable. Just clean off, once fell swoop, clean off and blood everywhere! I was so scared that I fucked everything up and I would never be abel to do PE again or maybe even get an erection. The good part, aside from the instant 1/2" of length, was an exercise I created during my time off (2 weeks). This is when I created the DLD Blasters. I created them as a thought experiment as I could not perform them, but once I healed DLD Blasters brought me another 1/2" and they became famous, it was actually the exercise that put my name on the map. After that I created 100's of exercises and routines. Very scary to hear but nothing to fear:) Basically it is like cracking your knuckles, hit gets trapped at your pubic bone beneath the ligament and when you pull it away, as in stretching, it will sometimes give an auditory pop. You are going to have a blast with your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words], so many things you can do. Take your time in learning how to use, how to wrap properly, spend some decent time practicing and learning before going full out. Please let me know how it goes.

Very scary to hear but nothing to fear:) Basically it is like cracking your knuckles, hit gets trapped at your pubic bone beneath the ligament and when you pull it away, as in stretching, it will sometimes give an auditory pop. Week 2

Warmup-10mins (tub)
Bundled stretches 5mins/ 2.5 left and right.
Manual stretches 2 sets/20secs (same as previous days)
Jelqs-150
Edged for 16mins w/o cumming
60balls jelqs
Kegels 40 Rvrse kegels 40
-Did 12mins worth (6 sets of 30secs) while jelqing and edging.

Yeah, the first time I heard of it happening I had no clue what to say, I thought the guy must have snapped a ligament! I finally realized what it was, I think Redzulu or Stillwantmore told us exactly what it is.
