As many of you are aware, I had started a ULI routine around 2 months ago.

I was however forced to stop after an intense clamp session which gave me a sore dick for about a week.

After recovering from that I started jelqing, and clamping and the occasional pump session for sex. I included ULI's in my routine but didnt follow the AM/PM method.

On thursday, August 17th, as I was returning to canada on a plane, I went to the washroom to pee and decided to do some manual stretches.

I was almost completely flacid but for a good grip i always kegel a small amount of blood into the glans and it's always been fine. This time however, I noticed my hand was bloody. Thinking its from a cut on my finger I washed my hand, put on my pants and went back to my seat. A couple of hours again I did the same thing and this time I noticed the blood was comming from my dick. from the 'pee hole'.

I was freaked out and massaged my dick a bit and went back to my seat.

Friday, I inspected my dick and everything looked fine. I guess 24 hours of rest is enough for a damaged vein?... so I started Penis Enlargement'ing and everything was perfect, I even clamped with no problem. but when I did the leg over leg cross, after feeling the immense pressure build up in the glans i saw a tiny drop of blood come out of the 'pee hole'.

i unclamped and massaged it. I had no errection difficulties as I got head an hour or two later.

saturday I rested completely, as I did Sunday, even though sunday I got head, twice. (the girl's on her period). again no problems.


Today I woke up, did 300 jelqs, at medium to high intensity, and then jumped in the shower... after 15 mins of hot water I came out and decided to do just a couple of ULI's.

but right after the first ULI, i felt a tingle in my dick, followed by a couple of drops of blood comming out.



Has this EVER happened to anyone? what the fuck is wrong here? of course I'm gonna let this heal, and at most gonna do just some jelqs now, but I would like to know how long is usually required for this heal, and why or how did this happen?

I'm not a newb, I've been clamping for over a year and very intense at times.

Hoping to hear some of the vets chime in on this as well.

Seriously dude, after an injury like that (basically a small tear to the urethera) you need a longer rest for it to heal. Just taking a day or two off and then hitting it hard again won't work. I've never had problems with ULI's except for dicoloration but I think I read about DLD having a similar problem with an injury like this.

There is another possibility, not to be overlooked. Long before I did any P.E., I started peeing blood--turned out to be a swollen prostate--nothing serious at all, although it freaked me out.

However, since your bleeding followed an intense workout, the ruptured blood vessel sounds more like the problem. You do need to lay off and let it heal. If after this, the bleeding comes back, I'd check it out with the urologist.

Remember we're not medical people, and sometimes, they know best.

I'm having THE EXACT problem as him.

I guess taking time off is the only thing i CAN do. Jelqing doesnt seem to hurt
neither does pumping so i might just do that, or do you guys advise against that as well?


What do you think could have caused this?

Yup<:( SWM and I have both been through this. It just takes lots of time to heal.>:( If it's real bad take 2 or 3 weeks off. not what you want to hear but it's what it's going to take.
If it's not to bad and you don't freak out at the sight of blood common out of your dick go a head and work out, don't go as intense.
It's your dick don't ruin it.

No i'm not a noob. Penis Enlargement is a marathon to me not a Sprint.
So I don't mind taking time off to heal, and then go at it correctly again.
But I like to hear of other people who have been through this and what they have done.

do you think light jelqing is counter productive as well?
 
dont worry ! you were just to intense during your workout. i have had blood come out my pee hole lots of times when i go to intense. no permenant damage what soever. i even continue after it stops bleeding which is only seconds.

Though blood doesn't scare me, it doesn't cheer me up either. I just did my hot bath worm up (i hate the whole hot towel thing)... now I'm gonna jelq lightly. I will tell you guys in a couple of minutes how it goes.

I believe me and you VK started doing the same exact kind of routine at the same time: ulis and clamping. All was going very well with me until one day- THE SAME THING HAPPenis EnlargementNED!! I thought I had some blood coming from a small cut on my dick- it happens sometimes with the expansion, so I didnt think anything of it. I kept going and then decided to check where the blood was coming from. I nearly shit a brick when I saw it was coming from my pee hole.

I stopped everything and decided to just take a break for a bit...

The next ULI workout I had, same thing happened. That time i actually was just like fuck it- I stopped the workout but came and went on my way. After that I took a few days off and all is well in Uli land. I dunno, I guess ulis are just so intense they bust something in your dick sometimes if you dont warm up properly.

I now always try to get at least 5-10 minutes of wet jelqs in before my uli/ clamp workout- which I should have been doing in the first place to promote rock hard erections. Live and learn my friend, just dont stop your workout if its working- as it is for me (I got up to almost 5.5 G after my workout today- up by almost .5). I enjoy the edging/uli/clamp routine too much to give it up and the results are definate......

Looks like I might be the only one left doing the uli routine from the 3 of us that started it a couple months back!

I have definately gained from this. No doubt about it. My glans is MUCH larger now. I'm not sure if I have gained any over all girth but the glans has gained, which was my focus.

I'm wet jelqing now at around 20-30% and everything is fine.

i will just do this the next 2 weeks and see how things go.

I think its best to keep this thread going, for future refrence.

If any1 else has any input, please share it with the rest of us.
 
Sorry guys, I missed this thread. I did have the same problem and it was a rip in the urethra. Since it is really damp in the urethra it takes some time to heal but when you continue to Penis Enlargement it gets re-ripped over and over. I needed to stop everything for a few weeks and it was fine. I can relate to stretching and looking down and my hand was covered in blood, very scary. It is fine now, never had the problem again.

This is a rather common injury, nothing to be scared of. A week off Penis Enlargement should certainly be enough for it to heal properly.

If you decide to keep on Penis Enlargementing, be carefull with any high inner pressure moves.
 
It's not the ULI, it's the fooly behind the ULI that makes the tooly red and drooly. It was like an epiphany, I just couldn't resist. All jokes aside, I had the same problem about 3 weeks ago when I started doing DLD Blasters. For me just backing off for two days and starting back light and progressive on the head pressure was sufficient. I am now doing the DLD Blasters and everything else full-on with no problems.
 
Shit, guys!! I'm so sorry to hear about the injuries. Hope they heal real fast. I remember when I had to lay off for several weeks due to an injury. It was real tough!! I can surely understand how much you will miss looking forward to P.E.

But the time will pass and you'll soon be back at it--wiser for sure!!!
 
Just happened again :( . Now it just gets me more mad than anything else when it happens. I was probably too hard to do ulis as I took some liquid cialis earlier. Whatever, Im gonna be back at the ol routine tommorow anyway, I dont give a shit.

Not wise. I remember someone at another forum went through the same as you, not stoping Penis Enlargement and getting this injury repeatedly. He ended up with a big infection and forced to stop for over a month. Can't recall the name though, but he had your same attitude.

we have the exact same injury, so just think that in 3 weeks I'm gonna be healed and ur still not gonna be able to go at it full force. This will be good deconditioning as well, do what I'm doing.

just very light jelqs, and massages and PC works. makes sure you dont loose ur gians and who knows maybe will decondition the penis and give us some unexpected gains too while recovering.

You're not a noob, don't train through an injury, you will surely regret it.

I just read your post. Uli's are the most intense exercise for girth bar none imo. The pressure build up is absolutley incredible.

If they caused the problems to your cock, and they probably did, and they caused my to get friggin tennis elbow...can you imagine what your cock would look like if you could do them twice daily for TWO years?

It would be 7 or 8" around.

Although I've never had blood come outta my dick, I do have experience with bleeding injuries. Way back when, I useta fight..a lot, and I got my nose busted up more times than I'd like to remember. After a while I couldn't even blow my nose or I'd wind up with a double-handful of blood and a leak that wouldn't stop for a coupla hours.
In winter just breathin' would cause a blow-out.

Then I discovered Vitamin -C, of all things. Did a little research and found out that Vitamin-C is absolutely crucial for blood vessel and capillary integrity. If you've gotten an injury, if you bruise when you never used to or if you are placing heavy stress on any of your blood vessels then you need extra C. I take about 6 grams a day as a maintenance dose and haven't had a bleeder ever since.

It's also almost impossible to OD on vitamin-C...Linus Pauling advocated taking one gram a day more than your previous day until you get diahrrea, then back down a gram at a time. It's cheap, effective and it's easy, give it a shot.

Listen up, MoreMeat. This may be a blessing in disguise. If you lay off a few weeks, you're not gonna lose anything that you can't gain back quickly when you restart your program.

Meanwhile, you'll heal properly. Sometimes when you go through a deconditioning process you actually gain.


I knew a guy a Thunder's as well who had to stop P.E. altogether because of this type of injury. He just kept on despite the blood. He paid big time. It just aint worth it, pal.

Don't take the chance that you might fuck your dick up permanently. Nothing's worth that.

that's exactly what I do everytime I restart. Not doing it always injures me.

Funny thing about Uli's...once you've really experienced them you just can't get them out of your mind. I'm on a break from them right now, no big secret.

But in my mind, they are the goal that I'm after. I WILL do the routine for a two year period.

I'm just waiting for my body to be able to handle them again and I will be on the program once again. I've learned a great deal on how to prep the body for their intensity.

1. strong hands and forearms are essential, stronger the better...period.

2. wet jelq a minimum of 10 minutes to prepare the tissues for the intensity.

3. twice a day, everyday.

4. cardio work for excellent blood flow.

5. monitor diet habits


VK, I would think your injury would heal very fast due to the moisture level. But in order for the tissue to seal and repair itself you're gonna need to take some time off...two weeks max but come back slow and build the intensity up over the next two weeks so you don't get a recurring injury. And I bet that vitamin C advice Maxameyes gave is fantastic advice once it absorbs into your system.
 
Wow, I really appreciate you all being concerned about my well being, but I really think that Im just gonna lay off the liquid cialis before my workouts as I dont really need it in the first place at all and it just makes my dick too hard for ulis. Today I did an uli/ clamp routine and was fine. I did have sex tonight a few times and both times my dick kinda stung afterwards, but that happens when I have sex after I drink for some reason (anyone with insight into this, I would greatly appreciate your imput).

I was in a bad mood last night and thats pretty much why i was just like fuck it, I dont care. Im not a noob, nor an idiot; Im gonna go by how my dick feels and if there is anymore bleeding then I will most def. take some time off. The only thing is that I recently took a bit off because of the first time my dick bled... I think its just the over intensity of the cialis... So from now on- Down with dope, up with hope.

for me personally any sort of injury is a direct stop command.

It's always been my doctorine in body building. The one time it wasnt, it ended up giving me tendinitis in my shoulder and i had to take 2 months off for it to properly heal.

I don't wanna have to take 2 months off Penis Enlargement, specially since I need my penis functioning most of the time.

I did my jelqs today again.. and everything is fine...

Its true though.
I couldnt fuck some girl cause my penis was over trained and 'skinny'... and she wanted it im like nope... she thought and still thinks im the sweetest guy... now she wont fuck me unless im in a relationship with her. so that's a perfectly good fuck ruined thanks to overtraining the Penis.
