I have been discussing with DLD this new exercise and he has made a video of it, so we will see it later. I told him about it just before he went to Florida, and I have shared it with some others and they are seeing some exciting results. Here it is: With a totally erect penis, do some twists, like the bundles we do with a flaccid penis. You can't do as many twists but taking the whole penis in your hand or hands, gently twist, squeeze and pull. I put a lot of force into it. Hold for as long as you feel good about it and release; do it the other direction, pulling and squeezing. I get a tremendous lig pull from it. Also, I have a rush after doing it. Makes me stay hard longer and very agressive. I do these for about 20 minutes; alternating right and left twist and doing different direction pulls. You really feel it in your ligs. I think it is also helping in the Tunica. Very important to from time to time, shake and slap the penis to get blood flowing again. If you go down in erection, work it back up and go at it again. Try it, you will like it!! GS
 
LOL. I started doing that about a month and a half ago. I did it maybe once in ever 6 sessions. I thought it was really tugging the ligs, but wasnt sure it was the ligs!! Wierd that we came up with the same exercise. Have you seen any length gains from it though?
 
Would you vets advise for or against newbies like myself doing these? Been doing Penis Enlargement for almost two months now.

Its not really that intense of an exercise, well it does not have to be. Just grab your dick while erect and SLOWLY turn it one way, and then the other. Just go as far as you can and so that you are not in pain. Just make sure you turn SLOW and don't twist too far.

What I am seeing is an immediate response. I am fuller flaccid for a longer time, and I do believe I am seeing some length growth. It has not been long enough for me to determine exact results. DLD can comment more on it later. Anyway, it seems to be a good one and I agree, slowly and carefully but with some real squeezing. GS

I've been trying the twist on and off, when there is privacy at home... In theory, it should ad both girth and length gains.

That sounds alot like an old exercise called bruiser 180s.

Hi BigRig, no, the bruiser 180 is totally different. I went over to thunders and did a search to see what they called the bruiser and what I am describing is different. What I am saying is: YOu have a totally erect penis or nearly so. Then grabbing it with both hands, so you twist the entire length, give is a slow and even twist, so you turn the bottom of your glans upright. Squeeze, pull and hold. Slowly....., Maybe you can go more than a half turn, but it is turning it. Then go the other way. Do ten reps each way, alternating. Be sure and shake it out, slap it or whatever to get the blood flowing. You will See some awesome results. Hope this explains more... GS

So I get a full erection and grip my willy with both hands? than twist say right ways first, slowly all the way so the bottom of the penis is now the top?
Do this 10 times left and right?

That is exactly right RED... I do a right twist, then a left and hold each for as long as I feel things going well, maybe a minute or two at most. Then shake it out, really slap it, do it again, right and left, slap it out. Squeeze when you are twisted. I don't think I would go more of a twist then having the bottom on the top. That is half turn. You might not be able to do it first, takes some time to get some limberness in ye ole penis. Let me know what you think, how it reacts and what feelings you have. GS
 
One more thing...pull when you twist and squeeze. I rolled it, like a crank, but not so agressive. Pull down, left, right, up etc. You will feel awesome lig pull and be sore are all.....in the morning! GS
 
U use two hands and ya grab around the whole penis.

I actually tryed it lastnight.
I felt it, but mainly in the Upper Tunica I think?
However if I pull down and Reverse kegel I can REALLY feel the ligs and get a Burner.

I will keep messing with these.
Its squeeze than pull and twist I do.
 
Just tried these:

They are INTENSE!!!

However, I am still unsure as to what they are actually doing.

The closest feeling I can link it to would be a really good tunica pull (DLD Bundle comes to mind pulling up), mixed with the feeling of a DLD Bend. However, the feeling is throughout my entire unit.

I get the feeling that it is working length more than girth though....... I may be wrong...... thoughts?

Its more on the Tunica which I think I may have said in this post before????

I reckon that to really get this to work one must hold the stretch for some time.
Keep us updated with how you go with it.
 
I am using one hand to cover the bottom-half of my shaft and turn, making sure that the SHAFT is twisting and NOT the skin.

I use my other hand to grap the top-half of my shaft (including glands) to do the same.

Note that the top-half is able to twist further than the bottom.
 
You guys are getting it going! Yes, it seems like it is doing the tunica, but I have a lot of lig soreness too. You are right, need to grip the shaft so it is not just skin, but you can pull the glans around and make sure the whole unit is twisted. DLD, you going to let us see your video of these???? Come on, show us!!! GS
 
I've done these off and on over my career. Lately I've been doing them in an effort to break down my tunica and make it more susceptible to stretching. Doesn't take many, and works like a charm :)
 
It appears that you have to do things erect to get the growth in girth at least. These Erect twists are really good to get girth. When you do them you are increasing the capacity of the cells to hold blood and then allowing more blood to flow into your unit. Go easy when you first start. It is intense. GS

I don't have the capactiy to do a video. DLD, are you going to do a video for us of these???
 
Are you guys clamping off at the base with the other hand, or are you allowing the entire penis to rotate, including the base? Clamping off and rotating sounds like a good girth workout.
 
I just read this entire post again and it was a real encouragement to me. I know that some of you have been doing these. I have been working with a fellow who has a downward bend and I think these are the best for getting rid of a bend. Hold the area of the bend with one hand as you twist with the other. Important that you twist the whole penis, not just the top section. Use your hands on the whole shaft to twist the penis as a unit. At first you might only get a quarter or half turn, but as you do more you can get more twist. Then, pull out, up, down, sideways or whatever to get things stretched. This is a very, very good girth builder. I have reached my 8 inch goal of 8 inches EBPL by July of 2004! :) GS
 
Well its years old. Does anyone still do this? And can anyone report length gains from this?

I was thinking of doing this, but in one direction to try and remedy the slight twist in my erection. I would assume twisting in the opposite direction would help wouldn't it?

I think they are good because they stretch the whole unit while filled with blood and break down more tissue for regrowth. Try and see what happens. It takes tiem. I do a lot of flaccid twists along with pulling at the same time.
 
I still do them, quite often actually. I cannot attest to whether of not I've gained anything from them, however I can state quite emphatically that as good as these feel any gains would just be an added bonus! To me the Twist feels more like a classic muscle stretch than that feeling that we normally get from stretching our penis. Additionally, considering how easy it is to do and the low impact nature of the exercise itself, there's really not much reason not to do them. I personally do them between sets of Supra's Slammers: Twist Left, hold for 3o seconds, twist right, hold for 30 seconds, Slammer with the left hand, Slammer with the right hand, repeat.

Oh, one other random note: When you get comfortable with these, try this: Get as full of a twist as you feel safe doing, then start kegaling like it's going out of style. You'll feel a hell of a stretch.

Glad to see this awesome exercise revived!

Interesting this thread got bumped as I have been doing a great deal of variations on this theme, flaccid and erect with some incredible results. I plan on putting the information out as soon as I get a chance to breath. :s

Don't have allot of time today but I wanted to get through a few threads and when I see GermanStallion out and about I gotta pop in:)

Hey Stallion, DLD, let me propose something (I haven't tried this yet, so it's all just theory): What do you think would happen if you got a fully erect twist going, then started to rotate?

I should describe more fully.

To begin with, you establish the erection, then the twist.
You hold the twist with one hand (We'll say your left, for the sake of this post) and grab the glans with the right.
Slowley you pull the glans to the left, the right, up, down and at diagonals.
Or:
You begin to rotate the glans in full circles, first in one direction, then the other.

Kinda' like you were stirring a bowl of soup with your penis. Does that make any sense?

I'd love to hear your respective opinions on it. I'm going to try it tonight, I'll post any results I may see.

I really feel a big stretch when I'm doing it. But now the day after I don't feel anything!

Also I have a problem stretching when i've done the twist. So I would just like to hear how you guys get that part done.

Try it but be gentle as I have not tried it. I would say gentle, slow movements to feel it out at first but you might be on to something.
 
Damn... where was this thread hiding at...

Of the few I could do, it felt amazing. I kept losing my erection doing this, but that will not deter me.
