hey guys... i've been messing around with Penis Enlargement for about a year now...
initially i made some good gains.. over half inch in length and girth and then it all stopped...
i am beginning to think my routines need to be kick started and the volume needs to be upped...
right now i'm Penis Enlargementing 3 days a week;
extensive warmup
5-6, 10 second stretches
60-80 kegels
300 jelqs
60-80 kegels
done.
i really don't see it doing anything at all... can someone help me out with a good routine ? i don't care if i have to work it for 3 hours i want some sort of growth...
