hey guys... i've been messing around with Penis Enlargement for about a year now...

initially i made some good gains.. over half inch in length and girth and then it all stopped...

i am beginning to think my routines need to be kick started and the volume needs to be upped...

right now i'm Penis Enlargementing 3 days a week;

extensive warmup
5-6, 10 second stretches
60-80 kegels
300 jelqs
60-80 kegels

done.


i really don't see it doing anything at all... can someone help me out with a good routine ? i don't care if i have to work it for 3 hours i want some sort of growth...
 
Work longer and smarter- instead of doing it like you do now, or at least it seems you do, break your kegels, stretching and jelqs into 3 seperate workouts. Up your stretch routine to 30-40 minutes. Read up on various stretches here on the forums- I really like A-stretches. Then, later in the day go for a jelqing session for the same amount of time. Again, read up on the many different excercises you can to in a jelqing session other than just the regular jelq- my personal fav's are horse 440's. Then you can just do your kegels whenever you get a chance to- try doing long like 1 minute long kegels, some short one's and some medium one's. Hope this helps to get you going.

Your workout seems to be lacking in stretches. I've recently developed a new technique for stretching that is really intense. Here is the thread. http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19476 Let me know what you think of them.

Are you doing your jelqs with enough intensity. I like to do them close to 100% erect and after doing 300 I have a huge pump. My dick looks noticeably bigger, especially toward the glans. I also do Slow Squash Jelqs : http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12539&highlight=Slow+Squash+Jelq
You could add some of these to your workout. They really help shaft girth as well as glans girth a bit.

When stretching or doing girth work do it at 100% strength. The 100% erect Jelqs, Slow Squash Jelqs and the (newly named) TomdW Stretch Technique can all be very intense so be careful and get to know your limits before going full on.

Here is an example routine:

5 mins warm up whilst doing 150 kegels (hot towel or hot soak)
300 Jelqs (100% erect)
5 Slow Squash Jelqs (hold 30 seconds each)
10 TomdW Stretches (alternating hands, hold 30 seconds each)
5 Slow Squash Jelqs (hold 30 seconds each)
10 TomdW Stretches (alternating hands, hold 30 seconds each)
5 mins warm down whilst doing 150 kegels (hot wrap or hot soak)

This workout should get the ball rolling if you do it correctly.

Notes: I put the kegels in with the warm up. This is something that I've been doing lately to save time. It works well in my opinion.

If this is still not enough then try some constrictor sessions. Search for constrictor or clamping.

DLD's job is Penis Enlargement. He is extremely dedicated to it and spends much of his time in persuit of new exersizes etc, which we all gain from (literally). DLD mixes it up a lot and changes and improves things often because Penis Enlargement is a constant evolution. This is something that everyone should be doing and many are.

I'm not sure of his exact routine right now but it's sure to be long and intense.

i hope so, i've done a good 20 mins stretching today and JUST finished about 600 jelqs... felt good... i whacked off afterwards... hey what's the verdict here, is this a no no? if it is i will stop it... i want to see some growth!

I know your a noobie and all, but I might suggest upping your stretching time- if not now, over the next week or two try to get it up to about 40 minutes. This should, over time, give you some nice length gains. Just a suggestion, take it or leave it. :)
 
Yea, see stretched for like 40 minutes TOTAL but the total time i was stretching was only 18-20 minutes... should i up it to 40 still?

I don't understand, what are you doing with the other 20 minutes that your stretching if your not stretching? When I have a stretch session I generally go for about an hour and I'm stretching for about 55-57 minutes- I dont think you need a minute break after every stretch if thats what your doing.
 
I think it's important to have maybe a 15 second break in between stretches in order to kegel some new blood back in and get a good grip with the other hand.

More meat if your doing 57mins stretching out of 60 and if you are doing 30 second stretches then that would mean that you have a 1.5 second gap between stretches. Which would only just give you enough time to swap hands and not get any new blood back in your penis.

If you were stretching for 55mins out of the hour then that would give you a 2.5 second gap between stretches. This still is not enough time to get new blood in your penis. Is that right?

If it is then you would be doing nearly 60 mins with no real circulation in your penis. Personally I would stay away from this.

Hmmm- yeah, I guess I didnt think that all the way through before I wrote it. Damn you Tom for breaking it down like that :moon: -I dont kegel blood into my penis in between stretches though, I try to keep myself as flaccid as possible as this seems to get me the best stretch- besides people hang for 20 minutes at a time with no circulation breaks. On average I would guess that I have about a 2-9 sec. break in between stretches depending on how my dick looks/feels. This seems to be fine for me- I do slap it around a bit every once and a while.

Would you reckon that taking a minute break after every stretch is wasting too much time though Tom? Just seems to me that he could be working smarter.
 
Yeah, I would say that 1 minute is too much of a break. I guess the reason that I like to have a 15 second break is because I don't stretch 100% flacid and I like to get a bit of blood in the head of my penis for a stretch.

I suppose that if you're stretching less erect then less of a break each time is required. But I would still squeeze the glans a bit and maybe do a kegel between each stretch. That shouldn't take longer than say 5-7 seconds to do so what you're doing, More Meat, sounds pretty good.

alright so TOTAL STRETCH TIME i need about 40 minutes?

this is good news... i'm almost positive i'e been undertraining then... most jelqs i've ever done in a row is like 350 and that's rare... most stretching... TOPS 5-10 minutes.

I dont do it, but people seem to be split on this topic- I like the pump I get after a jelq session, which I lose when I blow my load after a workout- search around, read other peoples opinions, and you can make your own descision.

I highly suggest, like I have been throughout this post, to read more! This is a great forum just packed with information. Look around and find some excercises to do- there used to be a sticky thread in the main forum with a list of all the different excercises in links- dont know where that went. Wish I had subscribed to that one. Anyway, take a look around, read and learn, and then go to town on your dick. After you get a good workout you like at a comfortable intensity, youll be sure to see some gains.

Alright i'm not going to ejaculate on Penis Enlargement days ne more.

i'm going to be doing probably 30 mins stretching (not including hand-switching time and recirculation time), and about 600-800 jelqs as my routine.

i'll see how that goes for about 2-4 weeks.

also a warm up and warm down b4 each workout...

kegels about 250 at night before bed.
 
I believe that Penis Enlargement'ing everyday is okay aslong as you aren't doing girth work such as the advanced squeezes or clamping. Jelqing is a very mild but growth encouraging exercise, doing it everyday could be beneficial.

I think that your routine is a little too much for now M3721, you don't need to do so many jelqs untill you are more conditioned, also, 30 minutes of stretching will overwork your penis - in the future, when your dick is tougher, then you can do long sessions like that - including hanging.
