Did 8 X 5min length pumping in 1.75"
Did 5 X 5 min girth pumping in 2.00"

Fat dick post exercise with some normal retention,however after when erect with rings on gets to around 6.2"

Well still cracking on with girth work,slightly less last night so gonna put a shift in this evening to compensate. Still need to add some manual girth work in to get this shit to stay

Well 12 sets of 5 mins again across both cylinders,looking very plump,still not getting chance to do manual girth work on top of the pump grrrr
 
Yea done 3x3x5 before many times, dis my hours pump tonight and chucked some ssjs in for good measure

First night off since starting,prob needed it but missed it if know what mean,losing that temp gain feeling
Rest are a good thing if we do it right.
You will not lose anything by this.
I feel you brother. To lose those temporary gains doesn’t feel good. But if we keep at it. It will one day be permanent.

Day off yesterday but did some SSJs this morning and may of been a bit over zealous, skin was feeling prickly from last session but now I have many blood dots,weird as don't get these at high pressure in the pump,
 
Well had few months break them my extender arrived,been doing 1-2hrs daily with extender then recently added length pumping to routine again,don't think still gained anything, bpfsl is back up to circa 8" tho
