Anyway hopefully back in the game once i purchased some goods again. Feel like ive had a small loss over the 18mths ive not done anything

You are back and that is what matters! We can fall many times in life, but it is those who pick themselves up and learn from their past that become successful. Jump back in my Brother and reap those gains!
 
well at the minute trying to do an hour of manual stretches, all various types aswell as jelqs each day ,

question is with just these do you reckon i will see any gains

after reading some other threads ive now thrown in L-citrulline into my diet to see if it can improve EL so will see how it goes

Keep your dick healthy, if you do manual stretches consistently over a years time all directions. Thanks, actually pulled it out and used twice now, going easy to start off with , so after doing my hour stretches ive started off with a 3x3x3 on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] routine to slowly get me back to the 5x5x5, so far so good, feeling slightly sore mainly from all the stretches but hopefully can keep going, will try and get a new measurement this week so i can see gains.

Awesome! Have you seen how much temporary expansion there is? You may also want to rock a cock ring after to keep the temporary expansion around as long as possible. And remember two very important things; always do Bundled Stretches before every workout to pre-stretch your Tunica and always use Kegels and Reverse Kegels, in proper form, when training.

Poor EQ is due to the kegels and that is good news, not bad. When your penis is in a state of fatigue there is no better time to stretch. In fatigue the entire pelvic floor muscles are in a weak state, so when stretching nothing will hold you back since all forces are fatigued. In order to gain good eq while still being able to tackle this is time. Try an every other day workout or a 2 on 1 off and work from there to find your perfect eq balance. Continue to do Kegels non-stop eventually they will not become fatigued as they do now, but endurance will still be built. If you want you could also only do Kegels 2 times a week and during all length work use the Reverse Kegel which mimics fatigue.

I assume you are speaking of girth, as you length has increased. Are you using Bundled Stretches before training girth? Your Tunica may be holding back the girth development. The Tunica is the single most limiting factor in gaining size, particularly girth. The Tunica has an elasticity if less the 5% making it extremely dense and difficult to stretch and when the Tunica does not expand gains come slowly. Doing 5-10 minutes of Bundled Stretches, equally to the left and right. This will pre-stretch the Tunica allowing for greater expansion. The good news about the density of the Tunica is once it is stretched it will never good back to it's original size due to the lack of elasticity.
 
no didn't measure girth on this occasion altho I believe I'm still around the 5" mark, I am doing around 20 mins of tunica stretching before going into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words], only been back 3-4 weeks so guess I need to be patient :)

Excellent you are pre-stretching the Tunica, a very smart move. So let us give it some time and see where you are. I will be watching over your work.

Andyuk, Remember also that when you are in a state of fatigue that there is no better time to stretch your penis. When the pelvic floor muscles have become temporarily weakened (fatigue) there is nothing internally holding back the stretch so all intensity goes to to the ligament. If you could come up with a routine where you can still use your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words] while getting good eq and taking advantage of the fatigue. Also remember that Kegels are a strong EQ's best friend. Get those pelvic floor muscles strong and erections will become harder and harder.

Try as much as you can to stay committed and consistent with your routine. It's not easy for everyone but we are doing all it takes to stay consistent on a daily basis.

sorry have been on browsing but forgot to update my thread, would love a lengthmaster although im rubbish at making a decent wrap

There are so many ways to rap that we created a wrapping forum. Wrapping takes some practice but once you get it down it’s all good. Men who master wrapping using the lengthmaster make gains so much faster than any other method.
 
Believe it or not did stop again, been back 3 mths and just doing manual stretches now every day, most occasions at least an hour., not really seen any gains yet but don't wanna give up just yet

Doin bundled stretch and any twist and pull to stretch the tunica, doing the scrotum stretch you talk of and where possible some erected stretches. This week slowly introduced some bathmate use, only 5 mins at time so not quite the 5x5x5 yet but don't wanna over do it.

This sounds like a great way to slowly get involved and turn up the intensity as you feel ready. You’re going to start using your Bathmate and The 5×5×3 is too much dog for a 2×2×2 or whatever configuration that works best for you. There’s no rush as this is not a walk in the park, this is more like a marathon. If you need any help in anything please just ask.

Please let me know how it goes tonight with your girth work. Adding in the SSJ with the bathmate is very wise. The 5×5×3 in SRT is the premier way to bring the fastest girth possible. Please let me hear your reviews.
 
Yea did the 5x5 followed by SSJs, got a really good feel afterwards and wasn't too bad with little fluid retention, the feelings stayed with me today and it feels a lot fuller when holding so all good, will do same for next few nights before thinking about moving to a 5x5x5

I am so happy it worked out so well for you and I’m glad you’re reporting this because people really need to know this. Continue training as you are and you’ll see your girth grow very quickly.
 
Going to make a point of measuring at end of every month, may even finally post a pic too LOL

That’s a good plan and taking the picture is a great idea even if you don’t show it here at least you’ll have it for evidence later of the growth you made. The more thorough we are with our progress and routine logs the more successful we are at making gains.
 
Well looks like I've lost some gains down line current BPEL is 6.5",need to get back to 6.9 and 7 tbh

Any type of growth that was lost during an active PE process will return it almost immediately upon training.
 
Had a good day yesterday with being off work, did around 5-6hrs of various manual stretches, 2 x bathmate workouts, 30 mins of Jelqs and 5-10 mins of SSJ's. Pushed to 7.3" in the bathmate, hopefully a good sign
 
Any ideas on keeping good EQ whilst doing regular workouts, take a few supplements currently but know EQ drops off when I get into a routine

I really love the generic Viagra that you can get at All Day Chemist. Their pills are very inexpensive and for about a dollar a day you can get all the help you need to keep EQ solid.
 
Well done around 6hrs of manual stretching over past 3 days but only 1 session of bathmate, will do some tonight.

Introduced a few more supplements mainly for gym in trying to build lean muscle but may help here.

L arginine, Fenugreek, also grabbed some ginger and cayenne pepper to try that drink someone on here mentioned

A very good combination of supplements that should really benefit you in both your body and PE. With your pump how are you training? Meaning what exactly is your pumping routine?
 
Pump as in bathmate? Still trying to do daily but still on the 5x5 with SSJs. Can't quite get to the 5x5x5 yet

I’m glad you’re getting some in and as you become more accustomed you’ll be able to get much more. There’s never a rush as all of us progress in different ways.

Does Viagra negatively affect you if you don't really "need" it?

I remember trying it years ago when a bunch of friends and I went to Costa Rica but it didn't do much. Lots of drinking was involved too but since then I never considered Viagra as an option
